While he wouldn't be my first choice target he's still top class and I would happily have him here. It's mental that some here wouldn't.
He makes the finish look easy. There is a difference.

That was deliberate mate, makes it more difficult for the keeperIt actually wasn't that great a finish, hit it into the ground rather than a clean strike into the corner

No chance.
Ozil used to do this intentionally but I’ve never seen Kane do so. If anything, this is one of the rare instances of Kane’s impeccable technique evading him but he got away with it. No way he doesn’t genuinely want to smash that finish into the bottom corner but just slightly mistimed it.
Don’t think that was deliberate. That was deliberate mate, makes it more difficult for the keeper
I've seen him score every goal he has for spurs, I can assure you he sometimes hits it into the ground deliberately. No chance.

Don't think so nohis fresh air swipe must have been deliberate too![]()
Don't think so no
Will believe it if swears on his daughter that it was deliberate.I've seen him score every goal he has for spurs, I can assure you he sometimes hits it into the ground deliberately.
If Poch returns he may stay another season to see out his contract providing Spurs make top 4On course for another hattrick.
Got a feeling he'll stay at Spurs if Poch returns.
Too old, not a big game player. While he wouldn't be my first choice target he's still top class and I would happily have him here. It's mental that some here wouldn't.
Haaland has scored about two thirds of Kane's career total already at age 22 and this season he scores a goal every 75 mins in comparison to Kane's 130 mpg. Haaland is a better goalscorer, there's no 'making the argument', it is a fact. If you want to argue that Kane, with almost 10 more years of experience and development is a better all round player then go ahead. I'd counter that Kane is resolutely not clutch. He never scores in big games as far as I can remember. Now in fairness, I'm not sure if Haaland is clutch either, the jury is still very much out on that. But at least he has the rest of his career to try and prove that he is whereas Kane is not that far from being done at the top level (in comparison). He's the most complete striker in the league and one we should absolutely be in for if there's any chance of signing him in the summer. Some people seem to bring up his age a lot but he's having his best season now in a while and is aging like fine wine. It's not like some strikers where you wonder hoow much they'll drop off once they lose their pace and movement as he never had much of the former to begin with. What he has is tons of footballing intelligence and ability. He's as good a number 10 as he is a number 9 and he would without any shadow of a doubt help to bring out the best of the likes of Rashford, Sancho and Garnacho with his link up play and passing.
I saw a thread here recently where some people were making the argument that Haaland is somehow the better player. I don't know what planet these people are from. You can certainly make a strong argment that Haaland is an even better goal-scorer. He certainly has some better strengths than Kane such as his pace, heading ability and strength. But he's one dimensional and can only play in one position. You get the feeling Kane could drop as deep as an anchor midfielder in a side and still often be top drawer. Him and Rice are two players we should be all over for different reasons, although the latter will cost a fortune and their may be better alternatives out there.

Straight facts. After disappearing in another important game hes back to being R9 reincarnated for the meaningless matches.
He hasn't got the mentality to handle the pressure of those big games, and its likely he would struggle equally with the pressure of a big club.
Don't forget his broken anklesThis man might just become the first OAP cripple to score 30 Prem goals in a season![]()
I could not recite to you one Harry Kane goal. All much of a muchness.

Agreed ….have to wonder what the feck people expect on hereExpected to see people wanting him to join after another 2 goals for a Spurs side he's carried all season, instead seems to just be more criticismThis forum is so wrong on its opinion of certain players and Kane is definitely one of them. Whether you prefer him or Osimen at least give the guy his due, he's a phenomenal striker
90% pens and a few taps in should remind you.
I think because we've gone so long without a consistent 20 plus goal a season striker that some just disregard what that level of player can do to a team. It's ludicrous some of the stuff that has been posted about him, he's been in "physical decline" for half his career apparently as wellExpected to see people wanting him to join after another 2 goals for a Spurs side he's carried all season, instead seems to just be more criticismThis forum is so wrong on its opinion of certain players and Kane is definitely one of them.
