Gaming Grand Theft Auto V | 2022: GTA+ (monthly GTA Online subscription) announced exclusively for PS5/Xbox Series

What in feck's name did I just watch.

Called Michael as Trevor for a man date, we went to the cinema, and I sat through one of the most bizarre things I've ever seen, and I've watched Un Chien Andalucia. It was and Italian film, starring a French woman and a Spanish man. There were similarities between Michael and Amanda's story. I think it's suggesting that Michael is a hermaphrodite. It's a must-see.

Anyone played with cheats yet? Seeing as I've done the story I may as well embark on a cheating adventure.

What will you spend those billions on if you completed the game?

That has nothing to do with Michael. I went to see it without him. It was super weird to be honest. Why do you call it a must see?

I think it's time I started investing. I should have made much more money from the assassination missions but no point just holding on it. I think I need me some planes a cars. Would I lose said planes and cars if I crashed them?

Yeah there's not much point in having all the money without being able to spend it. I'm buying all the property and now it would be good for free roaming and stuff.

I think if I was to do the game again then I would go find that money in the suitcase and try and build up £5-10m or so and then do the lester missions or something so that I can buy everything before completing the game and get to use all the cool cars etc.

Am I able to leave Lester's assassination missions until after the end of the game? I'd like to finish the story mode, then use money from Heists to use in the stockmarket. If a character dies or is not playable at the end, let me know!

Yeah you can, frankly I wish I had, only have one of the assassinations left now to try and capitalise on.

I got too excited and kept doing Lester's missions, I have at least 1 left, the last one I done was the bus assassination. only bothered looking at the map and prices of property and stuff you can buy on your phones internet. Wish I thought through a bit more, coulda made millions more.

any of ye go to the cult place with Trevor yet, to drop off strangers? I jumped over the wall to explore and found a gun and armour. Freaky music can be heard, then I was attacked out of nowhere by 10 of the feckers.

Yep. I'm sitting on a cool 2 billion each.

Decided to start over, will do the other choice in all the missions and probably finish as many side missions as possible before hitting the main story missions.

I think I did something similar to what Liam did. I had a point of interest, went there and there was a field of cows and I had no clue what to do. So I started kicking some cows. After a quick google search, I realise that I set the point of interest myself which I never knew about before.

Dang. I know I can do it by going around buying shares in one place, and blowing up its rival, but that requires work. Should have left Lesters missions till the end for easy bucks. Fudge.

Nah that doesn't actually work, it's just a myth.

the last one I done was the bus assassination. Think that was the second to last.

Ahh okay, it may be too late, but I posted a website on the last page or 2 that tells you what shares to invest in. Lester tells you himself, but there's 2 tips he doesn't tell you. Basically after you sell your fruit shares, I think you invest in Facade. Not 100% sure though, it may be too late for you.

Is anyone else investing in the online stock market?

I bought shares in HAL at $2 (they are now at $6) and have just bought some in the Pisswater beer (bought at $4). The high for HAL was $50 and for the beer was $150 but these were both before the stock market seemed to have been fixed.

The online stocks seem to have started working properly and from the consensus on a number of forums is that these stocks are going to rise back to their 'original' highs.

I am yet to finish the game, so will invest money from the final mission into stocks based on the Assassination missions, but this is proving a nice little earner until then!

Not sure how the stock market is going to work when Online launches. Most stocks are already at their highest price. However I would have thought that buying stock in Ammunation should be profitable, since that stock is only going to keep rising when more and more people buy weapons and ammo online. But I guess it remains to be seen how this plays out...

Ya, it is too late then. I just invested in what Lester told me to, and I should have done the heists before doing Lesters. I've only done 1 heist (well, excluding Merryweather as it earned us feck all), so I'll hold off till the end and have enough money to make some bit of a nice fortune, to at least buy most of the properties.

I found a tip online as well that I haven't put into practice. But there's basically a way of buying properties without paying for them apparently. Basically you press right on the d pad to buy a property, press right again to confirm then quickly press start and replay any mission. Then you should have the property without paying for it.

I bought the hangar at the International airport but the rest of the properties seem a bit pointless.

I gave some guy a lift to the airport and he told me to invest in tinkle. I've put loads of money into it but nothing seems to have happened.

Could be worth going for then. For me it'd clearly reached its peak after a massive incline.

I don't really get it though. Isn't the bawsaq based on actions from online? so how can it be affected by the single player event?

The stock market is a cnut. I had cluckin bell when it was at an all time low. Didn't move up for me at all, in fact it went down 1%. Eventually I gave up with it (held on to it for ages) and then not long after they went up $50 a share. Doesn't make no sense. Oh well, I have more money than I can spend anyway so it doesn't matter.

This isn't really related, but when I was replaying San Andreas a few weeks ago, I noticed something about the gambling-trick.

How the trick works is simple. You save the game, go to a casino or betting track, bet all your money and if you lose; load. If you win; save. Then do it again. In fact you are meant to put all your money on the horse with the longest odds (in the betting track), because apparently the actual game odds arent what they say.

Well I tried it about 50 times and lost every time. In fact I tried it on every single different horse and no matter what the length of the odds, I lost. And lost and lost and lost.

Eventually I began to suspect the game was fecking with me, and decided I would be better off putting about a 3rd of my money on the horse with the longest odds. That would give me 3 attempts before I had to restart.

And yeah, using this 1/3rd trick I one every time. Literally. Every time. 10 times in a row (going back to save every time).

I have no idea if V works the same way, and it's possible I was just lucky then lucky on SA, or possible that a random number generator was fecking me about until I resaved or restarted (or something).

But it could be related. Stocks.

If you press O after jumping you do a weird flip/face plant thing
