Glastonbury 2017

Whilst I've enjoyed Foo Fighters tonight and they've put on a great show, I think Radiohead were definitely better.

Remember being slightly freaked out on a date when the girl said she had no interest in music. That's like not casting a shadow, sign of a wrong'un.

Did she dislocate her lower jaw to eat the main course in one chewless gulp?

Are Radiohead that band that covered Creep that the Glee show did? looooool

Common misconception, they're that band who formed after a guy called Homeless Mustard performed his song 'creep' on the Anthony and Opie show. teeheeee

One man's meat etc. Mind you, the one musical opinion on here I could never even begin to wrap my head round was the bloke who really liked Status Quo. What the hell?

What business is it of yours if I like a certain band or not?

He probably got the idea from someone else...

(It was the same guy who copied posts from other forums on here and copied posts from the caf elsewhere)

Grow the feck up! I don't care if you're a "mod" on here or not. I copied a few humorous posts from the other forum and posted them here...

God forbid you ever told something funny you heard second hand. Drop it and cop the feck on!

Anyone watching The Jacksons?

Wow the caf posters have some great taste in music! I'd say those three albums are certainly Deftones best.

Corey Taylor has recently got into a bit of an argument with Chad Kroeger (Nickelback...) who called Slipknot a gimmick and Stone Sour "Nickelback lite". Unsurprisingly everyone is backing Corey over him.
He fecking didn't. Talk about a lack of self awareness. Nickelback are the biggest gimmicky band in the history of rock.

I enjoyed Radiohead a lot but I'm biased because I love Radiohead. Never seen it!

Billions? Great show man, get on it.

I think what needs to happen is you need to take things much more seriously.

Stone Sour that's a blast from a past, they released an album I can't remember, must have been around 2006, but me and my mate had it on repeat at work for ages. Used to love Slipknot too, they really were massive eh.

Probably from that era. They have had a few more really good albums out since. They do some really cheesy stuff but it's good music.

That's exactly the album it was, reminds me of being in college and getting super drunk and stoned a lot.

before this my liking for the Foo Fighters was 4/10 maybe 5, but I am liking this a lot, that has gone up to 7 maybe 8.

If you were there it would be a 10. They did the same to me at Live Earth, although I really wanted to see them I wasn't prepared for just how fecking amazing they are live.

Can't believe I haven't seen them for nearly 10 years now. Tried and failed to get tickets for the Wembley stadium dates which were later cancelled, decided not to bother with the rescheduled at Milton Keynes as that is a pain in the ass to get to and from where I live. New album out in September so hopefully a UK tour will follow.

Being a drummer must be exhausting.

They put a load of fitness monitors on Blondie's drummer and found he burnt more calories during a set than a Premier League footballer does in a match. I was always sceptical of that given the amount of fat drummers I have seen live. What can Eric Moore be eating each day?

Doesn't surprise me! I'd never have the stamina.

Talking of Blondie there's another cracking band.

I saw Foo Fighters at Old Trafford in 2006 and they were really good although Grohl did talk a lot throughout the set and it sounds like it's been the same tonight. He loves to have a nice long chat in between songs.

Angels and Airwaves were one of the opening acts and they were fecking horrendous. Still the worst band I've ever seen live.

Great value Dave Grohl here, one of the greatest frontmen.

This is outstanding. Sae them in MK when he was in the thrown and it was a little dissapointing. Off to see them in Lisbon @ NOS Alive in 2 weeks and can't wait. Royal Blood were awesone yesterday as well, and they are at the same festival.

Really want foos to do a cover of a florence song for the crack, obviously with their own sound

I'm really hoping they play Lithium and do some Nirvana tracks. Just as they start playing Queen. But Dave on the drums is a good start...........:nervous:
