Boris as PM would be oddly fascinating. Elements of his party can't stand him and I remember Davidson threatening a Scottish Tory split.

My hope (best case) is to see a Cons + DUP <323.
A good base case is Cons + DUP <326.
A decent case is Cons minority.

Trying to think of other candidates... not particularly succeeding. Peston mentioned David Davis :wenger:

Awwwww diddums.

Hey, i had a plan :). We'd get Brexit out of the way and i'd flirt with the Lib Dems.

I'll also be poorer with Corbyn as PM, and i am of no great wealth.

Labour's not socially liberal enough to be useful, but they could limit my ability to advance those causes.

ETA: Looking for a positive, the internet censorship lark can piss off now.

With regards to a 'new government being formed' when exactly does this happen?

If May gets a Majority of 50 seats (for example) is it formed instantly?
If she gets a minority, when is it formed?
If she gets a tiny majority but decides to stand down (or the party call a leadership election) when would it be formed?

Good point. May can feck to the recycling heap for old machines.

Lib Dems gaining seats in Scotland when they might not improve their vote share at all is quite impressive.

SNP + Labour = 68%
Tory = 26%

Scotland is still a left-wing haven imo.
