Television Game of Thrones (TV) • The watch has ended

Of course. That is the reason why I am not/won't speculate anything.

The last page we were debating for mistakes that Robb made, something that has been shown (and finished) on TV show. And for that TN started accusing me for spoilering thing which hasn't happened, and then people with whom I was debating/talking came here to protect me while others who haven't been reading the thread accused me for spoilering things.

Spoiler. Now we all know it is finished.

No but why don't you leave the thread? Clearly no one wants to read your comments.

Apprently there were a few posters who didn't mind me and we were devating until TN came me accusing without a reason. There is an ignore function on this forum, anyway, so why don't you use it and stop wasting everybody's time?

Well you must be able to see why some people can't trust you though?

I can see why you'd think it's unfair and maybe it is but there will always be a suspicion of doubt around your posts in here.

Calm down dude. Fine if you wanna comment here so bad.

I'm generally on the side that thinks Revan should stick to the other thread but jesus what a twat AldoRaine is. Comes in here winding him up several times and then when Revan defends himself says to calm down.

Got to the finale of season 3 now, I forgot how funny it was when Joffrey tried to talkback to tywin, and then the rest of the small council just looked at him thinking "What an idiot", and then tywin sends him to bed

Tywin is the ultimate boss so far. He rules everything around him.

I see Theon is up and about again. Do you think they crafted him a she-wee?

That trailer actually looks class, it's a pity I've forgotten roughly 90% of everything that happened and everyone's names.

Do you not find yourself doing that while you're actually watching it?!

Me and my girlfriend are planning on watching them all again right up to April 6th, just to get properly up to speed.

I'm going to do the same thing. Just to refresh the memory. The trailer looked great.

Anyone else tempted to read the books or are most waiting for the tv series to finish?

I think a lot have read them.

Anyway, the books are going to take forever to finish at this stage, I'm not even sure if the fat old fecker will before he pops it. The TV series is probably going to surpass the books at the end of season six and do its own thing then.

Basically, if you're loving the TV series, there's no real rush to read the books yet, at least, otherwise you'll just end up like Revan and piss everyone off in here ;)

You too? I thought we were friends :(

Oh, three unallowed words on your post.

To be fair, I've read the books and even I thought that non-book readers would be hopelessly confused by character names and who they are. There's just so many. I know people who think Daenerys' name is Khaleesi, and who only know characters by their appearance and not their actual names e.g. Jaime Lannister = blonde guy, Tyrion = dwarf.

Please don't start them off again.

In all seriousness though, how fecking hard is it just to simply not mention the books at all? If you can't post in here without having to mention the books, compare the episode/series to the books or post without a generally smarmy attitude, just don't fecking post in here.

@Seveneric

Didn't take the title to literally mean no mention of the book was allowed at all, I just thought we were understandably barred from not mentioning events and spoiling stuff.

There's literally no way to reply to this post without spoiling stuff from the books

Exactly. For the people who haven't even read them, he's posted the name of a character (as far as I can recall) we have not yet been introduced to.

Yeah but you've mentioned the name of a character you couldn't have known unless you read the books. This is exactly the kind of thing they don't like.

Oberyn looks really, really wrong from what I pictured he'd look like reading the books, *sigh* :(
FML. Is the thread title really that cryptic?

Understandably. We now know from the first time we see him that's he's a character with a reasonable sized role.

Trailer looks great. A dragon flying over Kings Landing (?) better not just be a tease like a dream or something. I want shit to hit the fan from the start.
