Television Game of Thrones (TV) • The watch has ended

Qyburn used reanimation to bring him back to life. He had tubes and what not draining and refilling his body. That is why he has been given the nickname FrankenMountain.

This nickname really pisses me off, purely because MountainStein sounds so much better.

We not allowed to discuss possibilities? They're just possible theories aren't they? Not spoilers... They can't be spoilers if we don't actually know ?

I'm not 100% certain because I haven't read them, but from what I have read about this theory its strongly believed to be true based on allusions made in the books.

There has been nothing in the TV show to support the theory, and as such it shouldn't be discussed in here.

ALL speculation or talk about future episodes must ALWAYS go in spoiler tags.

Failure to do so will result in

a) thread bans
b) getting bummed by redsky

That is all.

Caught up with the first couple of episodes. I guess it was expected we would see Jon back again although you never know with GOT. I'm interested to see how his character might have changed. That naked Melisandre trick they played was horrid in the first episode. From  to :eek:/:wenger:/:nervous: so quickly I felt a bit sick.

I come here to read the critics of recent episodes, but instead i found people talking about
Jon Snow being Ned's nephew, and not his bastard son...

fecking book readers

@George Owen And yet you don't put that in spoilers yourself...

a spoiler tag (or making the text smaller) wont stop anyone from reading what i have said...

the point is we have book readers infiltrated with crazy theories that doesn't make sense at all judging by the TV show, so its obvious they come with info we don't have.

if they were this creative people, they would be working making tv shows and not posting spoilers here.

Are you serious? The only future theory not in spoiler tags right now is your post. Putting it in a spoiler tag will stop people from reading it.

Nah, he's got a point though. I pretty much read all the spoiler tags anyways. I am sure many here do too, coz they respond to my spoilers
with more Spoilers.

It wont.

Personally I open all the spoiler tags here because we are all TV watchers, and not book readers. So i expect any idea or theory ill found, to be based on the TV show.

When i read some shits that doesn't make sense i immediately feel something is wrong and we are being cheated by someone who heard something or read something.

If it were to me, i wouldnt make the use of spoilers mandatory here. A proper thread ban policy should be enough.

In that case, how about saving others and not posting the very thing that made you feel "cheated"?

It's not just book readers, you non-readers have started spoiling stuff on each other without our help at this stage.

It's like a policeman arresting someone for indecent exposure and then doing it them selves. "You are accused of getting this out *gets cock out*"

you can argue your weird points all you want but if you don't use spoiler tags for speculation and future episode talk you'll be thread banned. end of.

If you are talking about the theory i think you are, then It was alluded to in the show.

There was a scene or scenes in the last season or so where Sansa was in the crypt in Winterfell with Littlefinger talking about her family.

Would be so much easier for everybody if we merged both threads and we just told you all book theories. It'd take almost nothing from the show-watching experience, as the plot is pretty much at the same place in both mediums. There would be no spoilers to moan about though, which would decrease the traffic in this thread by about 30%.

Wait till they hear the theory that Jon Snow becomes a Channel 4 news reporter.

It's not hard. Speculation/future talk in spoilers, no book talk.... Happily discuss already shown TV shit as much as you like.

And do not talk about anything you saw in the clips they put at the end of the episode either. Not even in spoilers.

Oh yes he should have given this big long speech told us who he was and all his history, why he was there and what he will be doing in the future. Or you get a scene that tells us who he is, gives us a clue about why he is there (kills the leader doesn't he) and leaves us set up to see how his story will unfold. Story telling.

Nope GOT is not perfect but it is telling a story that is going to take a couple of more seasons to unfold. Heck we have characters from season 1 whose story is still unfolding. You didn't know everything about them from the moment they appeared it took time.
Monologise, like every baddy at the end of a movie just before they are going to kill the hero!!! :D
