Television Game of Thrones (TV) • The watch has ended

I have a question. Were the Second Sons employed that city that Daenerys wants to go to war with? Now she has another 2000 to go with her 8000. Thats an impressive army but it still stands to be seen who are the other allies of that City.

Just watched the first two episodes of this with the girlfriend who is doing a rewatch, and take back my earlier criticisms. Thought it was quality! Also, SO MANY TITS.

I assume the no-nudity clause sort of became irrelevant after a while and she just kind of felt obliged to get her bits out.

Such a happy surprise!

Was I the only one who was yelling at Sam to pick the blade back up? But oh no, the nob runs off and leaves it on the floor!

Filler episode

We're left with the confirmation that Sam is indeed an idiot which was a bit predictable really

The Kaleesi & Lieutenant scenes looked like something off the cover of a Harlequin romance novel

Really enjoyed that even though there was no Jaime.

I like the way the hound justifies himself killing women and children because his brother has done worse.

Cersei cracks me up, "nobody cares what your father said..."

Drunk midget = classic television

Hmmm so what were those leaches all about, it was obviously some kind of spell, will Melisandre give birth to an army of shadowy leaches?

That Andy Carroll looking mother fecker better keep his hands off Khaleesi, she is mine or Missandei's if I can watch.

Khaleesi's breasticles

The wedding was good, Sansa and Tyrion have good on screen chemistry.

That should've been spoilered, Ballakov. And Oona Chaplin's arse keeps me interested. Still don't get the love for the ginger minger though. Maybe it's just me...

Filler episode

I thought it was great. No tedious Brann scenes, plenty of tits and Danaery's story seems to be building up quite nicely.

One thing I didn't quite understand - didn't Melissandre hint that she was going to kill Robert's bastard? All she seemed to have done is suck out a bit of his blood, thats it? I assume Stannis convinced her to keep him alive in the process?

I think she's going to do a series of mini magic spells on him that will drain his life force bit by bit. If she does manage to kill Joffery, Balon Greyjoy and Rob Stark all in one fell swoop, it'll really put the cat amongst the pigeons. The Sansa storyline will seem a lot more important if that happens too. Tyrion would be in line for the King of the North, wouldn't he?

Robb's having a baby so at most Tyrion would keep his seat warm.

I am going to spoiler a bit, Danny is really hot :p

Great episode anyway, and the first one in a while when the story advanced in a few directions.

Robb's having a baby so at most Tyrion would keep his seat warm.

Interesting point. So Robb's baby will be the heir and not Sansa? This might complicate things for the Lannisters.

Plus Bran and Rickon would both inherit ahead of Sansa as well, guys inherit before girls. Lannisters don't know if they're alive, but we do.

I did not know that either. I thought the eldest would get it. So this whole marriage is pointless then.

But will Rob junior, Bran or Rickon manage to rear their heads before the Lannisters take the north? Once they've got their foot in door, it'll take a full blown insurgency to get them out.

The Talibran?

The Lannisters don't know that though. They probably think Bran and Rickon are dead and I don't think they know Robb will be having a kid. So as far as they know Sansa is next in line.

Guys, you can spoil all you like. How many times do people have to quote the spoiler thread. Once the episodes been aired anywhere in the world it can be discussed.

I are confussed.

I thought the whitewalkers could only be killed by fire or something like that, since the woman who has been with Bran and Hodor said she could only kill her husband by setting fire to their house.
It was the wights who are killed by fire. The white walkers are the ones who make people wights. Her hubsand was a wight.
Didn't Balon Greyjoy claim to be King of the North as well?
Yes and the Iron Islands.

Yes he did. That's why he went to talk to Davos as was said by Davos during their convo. So they used the leeches instead of killing him it can be inferred.
Tyrion would be in line for the King of the North, wouldn't he?

Nope. Succession goes Robb-->Robb's son--> Bran--> Rickon--> Sansa+Tyrion. People think Bran and Rickon are dead and don't know about Talisa being pregnant so Sansa is next in line. Tyrion would be Lord of Winterfell though not King of the North.

Fat Sam annoys me so much each time I see him, him and Sansa cannot die soon enough for me

Well the actress is 17 so of course she is looking a bit older but if I remember quite a few of the girls from my class at the age of 14-15 were pretty much full grown already and didn't change much in appearance after that anymore, she is a tall girl though which makes it seem so unbelievable.

Oh yeah and Sam just found a weapon he can kill the Zombies with but let's it lay on the ground and runs off, classical move you would only ever see in movies or TV series.

Gotta keep the suspense alive even at the risk of making your characters seem rather stupid.

What I don't like about Sansa and Margaery is that they are supposed to be absolutely beautiful, stunning, breathtaking... yet they aren't. I'm not saying they are ugly but they are two "OK" girls, rather than the beauties they're supposed to be **CENSORED BY ME***.

Margaery has shite tits as well.

Hardly a plot spoiler, is it?

But okay, forget it: they're referred to as beautiful in the TV show as well and they are not. They are okay-looking girls.

Where was the magic when she used the leaches? I was expecting to see some visual magic when she said Davos needed proof.

Also what is with that Sam? He's so fecking annoying and pointless now, and why did he leave his knife? The way the Whitewalker died was shit too

Does anybody else read the Game of Thrones Wiki? It's tailored specifically to the TV show so you don't get any book spoilers. It's brilliant for keeping track of names, places, storylines, etc. I spend ages on it reading up on things.
