That's the one.

Loved it last year too, although it was a bit more popular then. Still it's a sound thread and no-one gets pissy in it. Great!

It was a goal alright... but you still would have lost by 3 man. Shit to see incidents like that tho, what was the ref doin overruling the umpires - feckin gobshite!

Best of luck in the back-door. Good to see Geraghty back aswell!

Why? The guy's a twat of the highest order.

Crerand Legend has been metioned recently as being banned!.... Anyone know why PJ is also banned?...... definitely miss them both for stirring the porridge!

PJ was temp banned, but he's back now. Well he was posting today anyway. CL was banned for complicated reasons.

feck lads, looks like its just us boys for the time being. We shall overcome.... Maybe its just us Ulster boys havin strong opinions about things & folk thinkin we're ott? My own opinion is, some folk dont understand a serious debate & cant handle it, then assume someone's crossed the line. To me thats pretty lame! The clicks on here is like the feckin Free Masons, some dude gets served then the other is infracted. Not right! It seems to me right now, that if u've a Nationalist/Republician mindset u support the cira or those other fecks. Thats insultin to put it politely! Northern Ireland assembly is perfect for us all - same links to London & stronger links to Dublin. Everyone's happy, bar that shower of dissident cnuts!

Despite the conditions that was a great game of hurling between Limerick & Waterford today, some great scores particulary the two goals from John Mullane, Limerick were unlucky not to have being awarded a free near the end which if put over would have ended the match in a draw.

Kilkenny looked impressive yesterday, Sheflin putting 9 over the bar. not bad for a lad that was out for a while. Galway & Tipperary are the only ones i see putting it up to them this year.

We'll the Hurling was certainly better than the football. Poor stuff from Cavan and Leitrim especially.

Roll on the 26th for Tyrone to whip some Donegal asses in Ballybofey!

Thats gonna be a tough game man, we just got past Monaghan & Donegal are a better side. I'll take a one point win right now... i'll email the Ulster Council & ask if i can have that!

Should be a cracker tomorrow in Hurling, Dubs v Galway. Fancy Galway, in a tight match. Dubs might just find it too big of a step from Lge. to Champshp.

Tipp should beat Clare, but will be a lot closer than some people think.

In Ulster, I think Armagh will come through with 3 or 4 pts to spare over Derry.

Galway are missing quite a few heavies tomorrow so it all depends on whether or not Joe Canning has a good game, if he doesn't i reckon Dublin could take them, thats seems to be general consensus in Galway atm. Tipp should overcome Clare easily enough there'll be 6/7 points in it at the end i'd say.

I'll tell you one thing, it'll be one fecking dirty game. Me and a few of the boys are having a 'first punch on camera sweepstake'!!

Some of the dozey Donegal fools reckon Ricey. Not a hope, he won't get caught! I'm going for McFadden, he a gulpin and stupid enough to get caught!

We are red we are white, we are fecking dynamite!

How do you think your boys will do in Wicklow Moses? I heard they brought the throw in back to 5ish so you might get a few more from Sligo to head up!

Ah you have as much chance of getting on here as me. A Tyrone man living in Sligo getting lip all the time for being a 'Nordie', and then when I go home I get lip for having a Southern Accent!

What part of Sligo you living in??

\edit/ If you prefer not to say, no probs!! Interweb anonymity and all that!

Good win, hurling seems to be our forte at the moment, Lord know's our football team is frustrating.

Galway were nothing short of being pathetic, only taking 9 chances out of a total of 32. Once the supply is cut off to Canning there is no plan b it was something that was suspected a lot in recent times but it was confirmed this evening. Oh well off into to the qualifiers now. Well done Dublin.

As much as this pains me (and believe me it does) Derry were class today. Very very impressive performance and they still look like they could improve. They have to be big favourites against Tyrone or Donegal in Ulster. You really could see this Derry team doing well in the late summer!

Comfrotable enough win for Tipp in the end. So after this weekends events....

Lenister Final - Kilkenny v Dublin

Munster Final - Waterford v Tipperary

& Phase 2

Galway v Clare

Limerick v Wexford.

All them games are going to be entertaining, can't wait for the local derby between Galway & Clare its allways a cracker of a game. Hopefully we'll see the real Galway that day!

Yeah i have to agree with that. They looked good, although what also must be said is how good are Down?

Armagh beat Down well & they gathered a bitta hype from that. I didnt think Armagh were that good even after that Down game, so i wasnt surprised Derry beat them yest. I'm glad they did anyway, not a fan of Armagh & some of the louts from Lurgan, Portadown area that follow them. Anyone see the banner at the back of the left goal from the camera viewpoint? It read something like "Garvaghy Road Orangemen on Tour.." or some bollox like that.

It was the Garvaghy Road mob that just cant get on with their lives. Trust me, if you're anywhere near that lot give them a wide-berth. The Lurgan / Craigavon element are just as bad too. I lived in Lurgan for about 7-8 years (after my Mum remarried) & those lot are fecked up when pissed up!

Derry seem to have had the upper-hand on us recently, they really get dirty against us & if we get past Donegal - and thats a big if, then we'll need to compose ourselves & not get caught up in a brawl, because thats a very likely situation.

Gettin past Donegal is gonna be tough, i'm not too confident that we will after the Monaghan game. I thought we were cagey at the back & Mickey had to make a couple of subs there to prevent further damage & stupid sendings off - two yellows. I guess the first game of the Championship can be a cagey affair, so i just hope that we can be a lot more effective in our defending & breaking from the back. Our fielding is still shite aswell. Aidan Cassidy is a good fielder but was annonymous for much of that Farney game in the fielding aspects. Hope to see Hughesy back in the middle for the Donegal game, he was great last year & did grand when he came on against Donegal too!

Should be a good game against our Donegal cousins...

Down were fairly good, Armagh just struggle to put two good performances together in a row. I enjoyed yesterday, but still have to bellieve the Anglo Celt is Tyrone's again this year
