16/1 to go to Liverpool. Backed in from 50/1, probably because people in here keep mentioning that 'article' :lol:

Still a good price though for those convinced by Futbol Total

Malacia = £12M
Martinez = £45M
Casemiro = £60M
Antony = £80M?

Total = £197M.

If Antony is signed, I can't see De Jong being brought in this summer for £70M++

De Jong with his massive bollocks and new pearly whites will be unstoppable at Pool once Klopp gets him an asthma pump

Is FDJ the player to unlock Harvey Elilott?

Is Harvey Elliot overrated or simply not surrounded by good enough players who suit his style of football? He does so well for u21, clearly there is a great player in there. Why doesn't his international performances translate to his club. Important questions to ask.

I don't think the ramblings of muppets during silly season in a thread that has exceeded 68k posts is a great source for that. :lol:
I'd love to prove you wrong, but I don't have the time :lol:

Take this post for instance:

Oh yeah, been inevitable since day one. Ten Hag/de Jong reunion is written, it is part of destiny, part of the greater plan for the cosmos. When the fates spun their tapestry long ago they did so knowing full well that it was necessary for the apprentice and the master to be reunited in Manchester. Sport are only just now begining to realise the inevitable.

The poetic nature of it conceals the brutal truth, ie "I will go down with a song in my heart, never mind the harsh reality of existence. "

Got nottification from twitter that he did first part of medical for United.
Who the hell is David Kent? Is he journalist? Supermen? Nah, that was Clark Kent. His kid brother?

As reliable as it gets, by all accounts.

Ornstein credits Kent as his 'reason for living'

Cavani, Pogba, Mata, Lingard, Telles, Bailly, Matic wages off the books.

Pereira too, along with transfer fee.

We can make it work, it will probably eat into next season's budget, but we won't have too much work to do in the next window. RB + GK + Striker, with Ronaldo, DDG leaving which is our two highest paid players off the books.

ST is the most expensive position in football. And goalkeepers also go for 50+

Welcome to the muppet psyche... lighthearted blind optimism mixed with delusion! Sometimes we're self-aware enough to know we're muppets and we celebrate the joys of muppethood! All other times, we hit refresh with fingers crossed and baited breath for that one glorious post from the muppet God... "DoneDealio"!
I respect your dedication to the cause :lol:

Always choose to go down with a song in your heart, that's my motto, it makes life more fun ;)

All the talk of him wanting cl football and he'll still probably ends up in europa by the time group stages are over were he to stay at barca.

Ain't that something!

I told you lot ages ago we weren't signing him.

One Friday, one year, in either the summer or a January….:it will be Frenkie Friday.

(& EtH won’t even be our manager & Frenkie will be 35)

So he will eventually play in Europa league again in 3 months :lol:.

But he will be at the club he loves, while waiting patiently for Laporta to do this all over again next summer when he will be even more expensive to them, because of the wage increase, and they have even less money and levers available to get shiny new toys.

That will be fun for him.

Don't think he cares as long as he's getting paid the money he owes... until Barca find a way to invalidate his contract and then he's lost a crap ton of money
