This is one of those signings where throwing big sums of money isn’t even that big of a deal just cuz he’s worth every penny whereas with Antony even though he’s talented I’m quite weary of spending 90 odd million on him
FDJ is best in a double pivot. He was in a single pivot yesterday. The ball he lost was a ball you can lose in a double, but not single, system. Seemed like his brain processed it wrong is all. It’s a mistake and that happens, even to the best players. If nothing else, hope it convinces people he’s bad and we buy for less (note: his price won’t actually drop)
