Marvellous player, a difference maker. There isn’t any one like him. Always composed, always making right decisions.

He's getting his deferred salary now, so that £17m he's owed will be creeping down, week by week.
Indeed and when choosing a right partnerExcept, of course, when choosing his club.
For the millionth time, he's nothing like Busquets. He isn't his replacement.
If Eric wants him why not, gotta support the manager. We should resist the urge to go back in for Frenkie. If Frenkie and Barca come to us and offer a fee demand in the low 40s maybe there’s a conversation be had. That said, we have a proper CDM in Casemiro and although none of Bruno, Eriksen, Fred, McTominay or Donny are at Frenkie’s level, we have higher priorities to deal with than a central midfielder now.
Welcome to the Europa League, Frenkie de Jong!
My guess would be that it would mean a small transfer budget for next season. I would be extremely surprised if it turned out to be more than that. What happens to Barca if they don't mJe it past the group stage? I think laporta's business model for survival is based on getting past the QF isn't it?
What budget? A director has already saying they can only afford players on free transfer last week.My guess would be that it would mean a small transfer budget for next season. I would be extremely surprised if it turned out to be more than that.
He did? The quotes I've seen were just saying that they will be focusing more on free transfers, not that they won't buy anyone outside of that. What budget? A director has already saying they can only afford players on free transfer last week.
Honestly don’t think De Jong could’ve possibly offered more to this point than Eriksen has as an 8, if we’re to expect that’s where we planned on using him.
More quality in the side is absolutely necessary, so I wouldn’t be upset if we got him, but another midfielder should come well behind a new striker at this point.
Something like that. At this point, it's pure schadenfreude for me for this guy's idiotic decision to stick with his abusive ex of a favourite clubWhat happens to Barca if they don't mJe it past the group stage? I think laporta's business model for survival is based on getting past the QF isn't it?
They need to beat Bayern in Barcelona and need Inter to lose against Plzen in Milan. Are they in the Europa league now.?
If Eric wants him why not, gotta support the manager.
Would Inter not still go through on head to head? They need to beat Bayern in Barcelona and need Inter to lose against Plzen in Milan.
I've been very surprised by how integral Eriksen has become but he has his limits and the odd bad game or two. If he gets injured I don't think we have another player who can be that metronome in the squad unless VDB suddenly becomes a great player. I still think signing De Jong could be a great move considering the role he plays. We should resist the urge to go back in for Frenkie. Yes, and because of that, if Inter defeat Plzen, there is nothing that Barcelona can do in the two games they have to play, because Inter wil go through even losing to bayern in the final round. I can't see Barcelona defeating Bayern anyway.Would Inter not still go through on head to head?

He's only 30 mate, got several good years in him still before the decline starts.Striker is the only other obvious higher priority. You do realize we are relying on an end of career Eriksen to play every game right?
No, the quote is they have to focus on signing free agents. It’s pretty clear why.He did? The quotes I've seen were just saying that they will be focusing more on free transfers, not that they won't buy anyone outside of that.

Fair enough although if we were looking for alternatives i rather we look beyond Bellingham, the price tags quoted are a bit mental. You’re spot on…we must back the manager, who imo has served the club brilliantly so far.
I’m just saying that if ETH were to log on the caf and ask our advice, the best advice we could give him is look past Frenkie and go all in for Bellingham. We’re sorted at CDM but could use a bit more help in midfield in exactly the role Bellingham could serve us in. Sure, today Frenkie is the better player but tomorrow it will be Bellingham. And if Frenkie didn’t want come this summer after all the abuse he took from the mes que un joke, for me that’s game over. But if Erik asks us to trust him, trust him we must.
Imagine him walking with his gf and wearing a Barca top and shouting "You can do better" and he looks and alternates between pointing at his top and her.Indeed and when choosing a right partner

It was sell to buy or levers? Seems to have been the truthI don't know why people still believe this.
Last summer, they said they needed to free the wages, needed to sell to buy and did neither.
They still went and spent one of the most by pulling levers. I suspect they will do the same next summer.
