Having a great time in Italy with Roma, winning all round despite only signing Italians, and now I'm developing towards an all HG squad, and eventually all Roma Academy squad.
Now I have the Italy job too, and I'm going to try and win NT competitions with a squad entirely from Roma.

Chelsea now play at Lampard Stadium in my save. Bit awkward when you consider that a 38 year old John Terry is still their captain.
In my saves it's always the Zola Arena.
Getting a lot of crash dumps this year, annoying things. Makes me have to re-boot my laptop each time which is frustrating.
I've decided to pick FM up after long absence, again I cannot really play on a PC as I don't have the time at home. Last time I played it was on a Vita, I liked it a lot, now I've decided to download the Android version and have a go at it on my phone. Nexus 6 is pretty big so it's very comfortable to play.
I tried some teams but finally settled with Aston Villa. Good team to manage, decent and pretty young squad, Benteke asked to leave soon after appointment but I managed to keep him for the rest of season, after that he moves to Sevilla for £16m. Other than that I managed to sell Luna, Bacuna, N'Zogbia and a few others and have put up about ten other players for sale. Only signed Will Hughes so far, £5m from Derby and he's been my best player this season, also loaned Wilson from United and I intend to keep him after season ends if I can get him for around £6m.
Started off very well in the league, until 7th game I didn't concede a goal. I interchange between 3142 and 4132 depending on if I use the width (the former) or not (the latter). It's nice to freshen things up every now and again and my full backs aren't really very good (Cissokho and Lowton) so it's good to be able to use a formation with three center halves (Vlaar, Okore and Senderos). Benteke's form has dropped considerably after a strong start so I benched him for Helenius. I lost some form around November but I'm now sitting 5th with 31 points from 20 games, my goal at the beginning of season was to maintain Premier League status and that seems safe already. I'm not sure I'm ready to play European football yet, my squad will be short after all departures and I wouldn't go far in the competition anyway, then again I'd probably focus on Europa League and I love European football so maybe...
I'll have to look at a center half, left back, striker and perhaps one or two wingers. There'll be around £20m in the transfer budget I imagine so plenty of possibilities. I think I'll try to bring in a few Championship players. I'd like Ings or Berahino up front but they might be too expensive for me. I might get someone from Ajax. As for defenders, Fabian Schar will be my first priority, I think I can get him for £6m if I negotiate well with Basel. Him with Vlaar will be good.

I did something similar on FM13. Well, the same thing pretty much. My only foreign player was Lamela.
Finally downloaded the game, now just moving over the facepacks. Should be starting a save tomorrow with either Roma/Milan/Inter.
15.3 update came out today (I think?). Either way, a few of our players who were criminally underrated have been improved, like Di Maria.

Is there another way to get the digital copy of this game except on Steam? I don't have a DVD in my laptop and don't want to splash out on an external one. It's €50 on Steam which is way too much...

I don't understand what's happening at my Aston Villa team. I was already impressed I managed to finish 7th with them in first season, only missing out on 6th and Europa League by a point with a respectable tally of 59 points. I went and bought Ki (£4m), Bolasie (£2.5m), Tielemans (£14m) and Ings (£6m) in the Summer and Cheryshev (£6m), Redmond (£10m) and Blackett (£3.5m) last Winter and sold the likes of Westwood, Agbonlahor etc which gave me the funds (I didn't have any budget). so I basically only have Guzan, Vlaar, Okore and Helenius left from the previous side in the first team and some players like Delph, Senderos as back ups. My team lines up like this:

10 games into the season and I'm 1st, 7 wins and 3 draws, 24 goals scored and only 5 conceded including a 5-0 win over Everton and a 4-1 win over Chelsea. Now obviously I don't expect to suddenly win the league or even get a top 4 spot but it's been a great ride so far which makes me hopeful that at some point I could pull Simeone's Atletico with them and either win a trophy or qualify for CL which would be amazing.

I don't understand this game. 8 wins, 3 draws, then I lost away to City and United and lost in League Cup QF against Southampton and I got sacked!!!!

I was sitting 2nd in the league behind Chelsea, they decided I wasn't good enough after setting a target of staying up in the league in my first season, giving me no money. What did they expect?
It doesn't look like I'm going to get a new job either so I have to start a new career. Hate this.
What makes you think you won't get another job? What point in the season is it?
Are sponsorships bugged? My team PSV is now walking with the title and managed to get through group stage of Champions league when with Manchester United and Bayern in my group and sponsorship money keeps decreasing each year.
It was late November. I waited until September the following year for a new job, with no luck at all. Started a new career with Inter, intend to rebuild the whole team and get them back to competitive level.
Ahhh, that's more than long enough. Shame. Hopefully Inter goes better.

I've sold most of my team, I don't play with full backs so I sold all of them, got a good offer for Guarin and took it too. Tried selling Vidic but no one would make an offer. I bought Nkoulou, Kone, Munoz, Everton Ribeiro, Ayew, Nolito and a few others. Hopefully I can make them good defensively first and build on that in the second season. Plenty of defenders to choose from, at the minute it's Juan Jesus, Ranocchia and Nkoulou in the first team with M'Vila in front of them but I'm open to changes.

Problem with Vidic was he had just joined, always a nuisance when you want to rebuild heavily. Sounds like you picked up some quality.
Yeah they're some good players but it will take ages for them to gel by the looks of it, the first few games have been horrible. New formation, 5-6 new players in the first team, it's going to be difficult. Hopefully the board will give me time and I won't just get sacked in the middle of my first season.
Icardi, Juan Jesus and Hernanes are players I'm going to build around. Everton Ribeiro has been excellent on the right wing so far too and Nkoulou will probably be a good buy.
