Cesena just had a player booked for appealing for offside from an own goal where I shot from 20 yards and a defender inexplicably put the rebound into his own net

I still haven't picked a team, ffs, looked at Eibar, but I'm not sure. Sassuolo was another option, but probably too easy. Thought I'd go jobless/low rep, but I don't know if I have the heart to start in the arse end of Chorley or whatever.
I'll have a look, cheers.Hertha Berlin?
I never loan them out, not ones I have important plans for, feck letting the AI develop them. Leave them in the U18's to develop, under my control, give them cup games and 20-25 minutes on the tail end of games. That'll develop them far more than any loan. In one save on 14, where I had top youth facilities, and all 4-5* coaches, I had 'em walking out of my U-18's with 160+CA, at 17-18. Was like a wonderkid factory. What do people do here to develop youth. Ive read theres not much you can do under age of 18 except have good standard of facilities and coaches, you shouldnt loan them out till get into u21s.
How do you loan to a decent team? Whenever i put youth up for loan its always shit clubs like yeovil or l. Orient that want them. How do you get them to decent foreign sides?
main reason i ask is ive just got odegaard and tielemans and i want to develop them right.
I'm pretty similar to @Earthquake, no loans unless they're too developed or intended for sale. The only difference is that my first team squad consists of 11 first team players (who are often pretty young anyway) with 11 youngsters (below 22, younger than first choice in their position) backups. The problem I have is that the youngsters are always reaching their potential insanely young. I have Shaw at 22 years old, developing into a world class LB, and a regen LB at 17 years old who is ridiculously close to overtaking him in terms of ability. Same story across most of the pitch. I tend to play the two sets of 11 players in alternate matches to keep everyone at top condition, end up walking every competition thoughWhat do people do here to develop youth. Hmm, I need a new challenge, getting bored with Crewe.
Perhaps something in full fat, as one thing I do miss is the homegrown rules, I prefer them over just trying to keep the squad national.
Maybe Bilbao, loved them in 14.
Oh yeah, strict rotation is how I do it too. In Austria, I had my starting 11 exclusively for CL football, backups for the league, and my U-18's took the cup every year, ffs.I'm pretty similar to @Earthquake, no loans unless they're too developed or intended for sale. I've never done this personally so don't know if it's boring but maybe try one of the other continental leagues? Somewhere like Australia, Mexico, South Africa etc. Would be very different!
Think I got about 100 million in the second season. Something similar to that every year. When they initially set it towards the end of the season it's usually tiny, then when the sponsorship money comes in just before the transfer window starts it's bumped up to something insane. Can anyone who has managed United on the game tell me what sort of transfer budget you got in your second season? Also some alternative striker signings you've made instead of keeping Falcao?
Ouch. No auto-save? I always have mine set to do it all the time with rolling backups just in case.Won Serie A with Fiorentina in my second season, but lost in the quarters of the CL to Spurs (3-0 up in first leg then somehow lost 6-0).
I sold Cuadrado for £59m to Barca, really didn't want to but I couldn't turn down that amount for a 28 year old. I want a strong powerful right winger who is an EU national, any suggestions? Tempted by Nani, who's unhappy at Chelsea in his first season there.
Edit: Game crashed and apparently I hadn't saved since Feb. Nice.
I'd disabled it when I did an unemployed save and holidayed two seasons and forgot to turn it back onOuch. No auto-save? I always have mine set to do it all the time with rolling backups just in case.

I kept Falcao after the first season, since he scored 40 odd goals for me. I bought Munir (Barca always seem happy to let him go) and Carlos Fierro, can't remember for how much. After a year or two of development, both of them are awesome, challenging my first choice strikers (Messi and RVP) for their place (Bayern came in with a massive bid for Falcao after a couple of seasons, bought Messi to replace him). If you want a support striker who can set up a ton of goals and score a few, Munir is a good shout, if you want someone who scores a ton of goals and sets up a few then Fierro is good for that. As a pair they're amazing.
Only 60 mill, he was pissed off with Barca for some reason, so I nipped in and stole himJesus, how much did Messi set you back?
Wow, I've been sacked on a football manager for the first time ever. I lost the dressing room at United after selling Nick fecking powell![]()
In fm 2013 he did a similar game for me and got a 10-nil win over blackpool!Splashed £80 million on Neymar. Then he goes and does this in his second game for the club.

Broke Harold Halse and George Best's ancient record for most goals in a game. Good show.
Got offered the Real Madrid-job after winning the treble in my first season at Inter! I'm such a whore![]()
This was after I've spent 5 years at Ajax though, didnt really feel like staying at one club for long after that. I want to load all the English leagues though, and see if Salford City is ever promoted.. Hopefully I'll be able to get the job if it ever become available. I have to win the league in Spain, England, Germany and France first thoughDone something similar. Enrique was sacked at Barca despite finishing second and I jumped. I am of course going to raid Schalke for my players again.
But no need for my main man Huntelaar though as I'll have enough strikers which is a shame![]()
