What is there to sort out? Managers will get sacked, new managers will have their own tactics, players will get sold, others bought... I don't see how you can be reengineering this much at all.
I can see a logic in having up to 3 players (tops) in an "overrule my numpty manager" list, but no more than that, everything else should be fair game. In fact, if we all blocked transfers it means our respective managers may waste a lot of time and effort trying to land Ivan Perisic only to find you reversing it later. Alternatives may have gone by then, etc. Let the AI do the talking.
More so, if we can't sign key players from each other we would be removing the fun of stealing an absolute superstar for peanuts and then having them score against their former team. Why would you want that NOT to happen?
With sadness we bid farewell to Trapattoni. The Board of Directors at team Gio have overruled the majority shareholder and sacked the Trap.
In his place they bring in Bill Shankly, hopefully to lay the foundations of a solid team over the next few years. Can Bill turn things around? We will see soon

Lippi and his cigar took a tough blow. Franco Baresi out with a broken rib. He has capable replacements with Jaap Stam and Vasovic manning the back line. This is a fascinating match up to me as both sides look vibrant and up for this match.

Sadly since the season started in the middle of the season and the new transfer were processed in the middle Corinthians only finished in the Copa Sudamerica cup not the Libertadores. But they currently are making a push to qualify for next season so CL winners beware.

I'm all for the AI cracking on with things and realistically the AI manager will want to ship the unhappy players in the camp, while the Caf manager will want to hoard like the megalomaniacs we all are. Specifically here though, Onenil advised me that the AI would likely replace Trap with a regen manager which sounds depressingly soulless to me when most of the interest has been about moulding a team in the image of your gaffer.
