No probs man. Depends on your formation and style to an extent, and team you have. I play 4-3-1-2. Back four strong lads (Marcelo, Bailly, Ramos, Valencia) as I’m not the best at defending at times. 2 of my 3 CMs set to stay back while attacking (Bakayoko and Pogba). Rest I see as my attacking and creators. Strikers (Jesus and Aguero) instruction run in behind since I don’t handle them good enough to take on defenders. Strikers with pace and high attacking work ethic do well here.
Only changes I do:
Build up
Speed 70 - fastish pace
Passing 30-35 as I have players suited to short passing. Nice and tight, no long ball here!
Chance creation
Passing 70
Shooting 35 - to allow players to run in behind more, higher see players open to shot more regularly and delay runs.
Free form - allows my Pogba and Gullit, and forwards to cause havoc. Wingbacks too, but mine have high work rates as traits so they do work back quick.
Defence
Pressure 55
Aggression 55 (both help since I’m weak at defending, too high and your defence gets sucked out of position)
Team width 40 - strongest though the middle
Thats all i change. A good balance for me anyway. I just mess around with those sliders when I can, that’s what I found suits me.
All about trial and error once you understand how those sliders work
