Anybody else ordered from tesco for delivery? Ordered from them ages ago and they have emailed to say they'll send it on the day off release and it could take 3 days to deliver. The order status has been 'ready to be dispatched' for the last few days. Jokers.

It's not really that though - you don't get the message if you go on a run and score goals, or even take wild shots - you get the message when you hold on to the ball or dribble and lose possession a few times.

Will have this tomorrow on PS4. Normally it was out in store 2-3 days before official launch but this year EA has put an embargo on it in Poland and you won't be able to find this anywhere before 29th, one of the local stores is doing a late launch tomorrow but that's it. I have this on Xbox One admittedly but there's something wrong about playing the EA Access version when you know that all your progress will just disappear when you move on to a PS4 version (which I have to because everyone I know is playing this on PS4).
Am restarting The Journey after two matches. Basically pick the team you want since it's only one season and its super scripted. Even on Legendary your 61 rated Alex Hunter is a beast.
Just had a go at this, AI is still feckin stupid. Sick of playing against League One teams who start channeling Barcelona. It could be me but it seems the players still take too long to respond to your command.

Early onset fifa rage. You'll maybe smash your pad a few times and turn of your ps4 midway through a game, but we all know you're not going to return it.

I've just gotten an email from Gamestop saying it's been sent to the courier for shipping. Wonder if I could get it tomorrow. Not sure how Gamestop usually works though.
You're probably better off going down a difficult level until you get used to this FIFA. They all have learning curves.
AI on Legendary is actually better. At least I can get the ball and attack. But yeah it isn't the best.

Well I thought I got my first ever hat trick - scored two goals and went one on one with the keeper in the 90th minute where I blasted it, hit the keeper and went in. Celebrated like usual and was wondering why the commentators weren't saying first ever hat trick etc... Turns out it was an own goal. Not sure if this was scripted in for an hat trick down the road or just a coincedence.

I ordered from them earlier tonight. I reckon that is just a standard automated email as the product page on their site says it'll be dispatched tomorrow (28th) with Royal Mail 1st Class so we should get it on Thursday.

Really happy with Pro Evo and its Master League (I'm an offline player) at the moment but can't stop myself feeling I should be buying this tonight or in the morning. 
The story is. But you can continue playing as him after the story is over. Just becomes a normal player career. I read this online.

Bought Pro Evo for the first time in years and really enjoying it so far. Having gone back to FIFA this morning, it (FIFA) seems a step back - it just feels less responsive and sluggish. Perhaps it's because I'm not very good on it but...

I got an email early this morning (about 2am) saying that it had been dispatched from the Tesco warehouse. They're saying it COULD take 3 working days (so Monday latest) - but I think they're just saying that to cover themselves.
I fully expect it to be delivered tomorrow morning.

PES is always better game play IMO but the majority of people I know play Fifa so I have to go with that really.
Playing on legendary and it actually feels rewarding and challenging as opposed to cheap.

When I played it on legendary on the demo I noticed teams moved forward slightly quicker but teams still weren't playing like they should have been. Every team still favours possession too highly. Do Leicester play counter attacking football now as the teams on the demo were quite limited.
Seeing the thread here and the responses....people really are still playing PES? I don't know anyone who does, it was so shitty a few years back everybody stopped bothering.
I'm not too sure about that though. I have played the demo countless times now and I don't see anything that sets it as far apart as reviewers would have you believe. Certainly not enough of a gap for all of PES's shortcomings, still.
Well FIFA has always been a sales behemoth, irregardless of quality, which explains why you don't know people playing PES.
I think most would agree PES was far superior a decade ago before FIFA improved around 09, before PES went downhill massively. But the consensus by reviewers is that PES made a giant leap last year and 2017 is even better. Based on feedback, I gave it a try and really enjoying it - more so than the new FIFA.
It's a hipster football game these days. You're supposed to say PES is streets ahead gameplay wise and is a simulator.
