Fantasy Premier League 22/23

Shame that people will start buying Kane now. Especially with other two big premiums being shit.
He was great differential for me whole season
Yup, me too. Unfortunately this performance is right before the double GW so expect a lot of people owing him now.:(

Anyone sensible would anyway to be fair. Hopefully some of them have to rip up their teams or take hits to get him.
Yea, its the Salah owners who would be most affected by this as KDB and Haaland would be nailed on for the DGW's you would think.

It’s still very early to think about transfers for next GW, nevermind make them. FA cup and EFL cup yet to be played and United can still get DGW for next one. I’m with Salah and Nunez still and so tempted to shift them already but will wait for full info and won’t even look at price changes.

Sitting pretty comfortable as a Kane, KDB and Haaland owner at the moment. Hopefully City get that double and Kevin gets some points tomorrow.

Yup same here. Only concern is I rage transferred in Toney for Darwin. Misses an open goal, the one goal he scored is ruled out for offside and then he goes and gets a yellow card to top it all off. You can't make that shit up.

Hope Toney isn't banned before the next GW and is actually fit enough to play. Or else I will be here again raging.

A season wrecking week so far:

Decided to follow my brainfart thought of getting rid of Almiron and Kane (who both have looked meh lately) to go for Mitro and Sterling (C) for the double game week. Lost 0,3M in teamvalue in the making. Went for Perraud over Trippier as well.
Sitting on 24 points so far this week with all my eggs in the Sterling basket and only painful roads back to Kane (Not taking Almiron back).
Will probably take a hit to get Kane back now and completely disband my original plan: Mitro -> Kane and Sterling -> Gross/Mitoma. So basically it looks like gameweek 19 and 20 was just to lose a lot of points and money and downgrade Almiron to a cheaper Brighton option....

Let's say I go the risky route (Mitoma):

Kepa, Ward
White, Cancelo(?), Trippier, Perraud(?), Bueno
KDB, Odegaard, Rashford, Mitoma(?), Summerville(?)
Haaland, Kane, Darwin(?)

The questionsmarks are all players that needs to step it up be be part of the longterm squad

Disaster not having Kane last night, and so gutting as all the talk at 0-0 at half time was how crap Tottenham looked.

He's swiftly risen from -20% to about +35% now, and Bueno is 75%, so will have to keep an eye on those 2 in for James & Mitrovic soon.

However, if there's a chance City don't have a double, it'd be easier to switch Cancelo out and get a bit more bang for the buck defensively.
Although that'd still leave James needing removing, plus hoping the days pass before Kane gets close to going up.

If any of City/Spurs draw in the FA Cup their match next GW will be postponed.

Tottenham surely can't manage a draw at home v Portsmouth, but City v Chelsea could be tighter if Pep goes mad on rotations.

Will Kane stay the price he is until Sunday is the question - that'll be tight.

In a way no double would be freeing as could unlock some funds out of Cancelo.

Just read a very in depth article about Rico Lewis and how/why Pep is using him over Cancelo.

If he starts again tonight I predict they'll be a rush on him. Only £3.9m

Would be nice to see Cancelo not play at all in that case. But of course he is gonna come for his 1 pointer and stop me from getting Gabriel points from bench.

Jesus Christ. What a nauseating Pep/City wankfest that is. I was skimming it and couldn't get all the way through.

tl;dr Pep rates the young fella highly and due to Cancelo/Walkers body language Pep reckons their mentality isn't right at the moment...

Yeah should've said the first half can be skipped.

Apparently mount not starting. Saw it on Reddit by a reliable source... Or so they all agree. FML.

Double Newcastle and Arsenal defence going forward ?
