Fantasy Premier League 2024/25

Get in Hall! Sorry United fans but Dirty Schwein needs this. Get a goal now, son and keep a clean sheet!

Just gets worse with that Hall assist, missing out on that now too and more's the point United are losing.

Rogers gets kicked, earning him a penalty assist.

Then he gets booked and is now suspended next week. Misses Leicester at home.

Rogers is a season keeper not sure why people sold him.

12 point Wood on the bench. 2 point Amad in the team.
That was a quality call.
As was shipping the ressie keeper to Fabianski to save 0.3m for no particular reason.

Had my doubts on him at one stage, won't lie. That was a long time ago now though. He blanked first 3 weeks after I brought him in, and was 1 return in 6.

Suppose it depends on squad composition, some were hoping to get away with going a little cheaper, moving to Amad / Enzo when they were producing 3 or 4 GWs back in order to have a little bit more spending power.

Rogers is ideal for many set ups though. Either in roatation with a striker who is a little bit cheaper, tageting fixtures /home games for both or even permanantly starting.

Were we duped by Chelsea? They had a run of a few good games but have gone back to their normal level.

Yep, that "green" run of fixtures that hilariously had people thinking they could rival Chelsea has long worn off.

Palmer aside they're not that good at all for their outlay.

Pedro, Hall and Greaves on the bench for me ffs. Made the wrong call with Enzo over Pedro and as usual over estimated United being able to score against Newcastle at home so benched Hall. Greaves is just a perma bench so not so bothered about that one.

Horrible. 47 with double Arsenal defence to go.

21 points down by trying to gamble on 2 decisions when playing more conservatively has served me well so far.

Hall just saved my butt there. Still have double Arse defense and Jesus to go.

Big decision that I need to make tonight:

Is TAA or Gordon likely to score better points over the next two games? TAA going up in price so need to decide now.

Any ideas? @Sandikan @CassiusClaymore @Chipper @BeforeKeanetherewasRobson @anyone

Think it's close, but probably TAA.

Great fixture for him next against us, and Forest don't score that many for a team so high up in the league.

Trent. He plays us.
Cheers. Think I'll do that then. Got away with a major setback thanks to Hall and don't want to risk another TAA masterclass.

Plus, with my luck, I'm probably doing United a favour!

Honestly guys...with us being so shit i feel so much more joy with this FPL stuff these days....even can find me happy with Hall assisting a goal vs us because it helps me climing up the table in my ML. Strange stuff and to be honest I dont really like that.

Anyone feeling similar?

Why were you gambling when you were in the top 10k?

Because you told me Chelsea wouldn't rotate.

Nah, only kidding. It was all about Chelsea though.

Captaining Palmer instead Salah was a -14 decision. Trying to take that 2 week punt to transfer in Son for the suspended Bruno cost me Semenyo's assist (benched) while Son picked up nothing, a -5 swing. The conservative transfer would have been Sanchez > Hendo just in case of that Chelsea rotation, another -2 there.

All about greed - was top 10k true, wanted top 5k or top 1k etc.

 I mean if I was manager and lost to Fulham at home, I wouldnt have rotated. And if I had Jackson and Sanchez in my FPL team I would have hands down started them as well. But yeah I did say Son was done as a fantasy asset and offered Gordon as a replacement.

Depends how much money is at stake in your leagues. The most I'll lose at the end of the season is £50. I've spent more on tickets and travel to the game tonight, so I took no joy from the Newcastle returns.

I wouldn't have rotated either if I was manager, but it looks to be his thing. Can't play 2 games in 3 or 4 days without mass rotations including goalies, the absolute weirdo.

You defintely called Son/Gordon right. Now I'm stuck with Son next game too, arguably better than Bruno would have been at Anfield I suppose.
