I have had Bamford for so long lost so much value. Thought Raphinha could cover him, but now I want both again.
I rucked him off last week, and didn't put him back in for the free hit.
Not too gutted though as my big battle is a 1 v 1 in a cup with just 2 different players.
So far he's on 3 points for Meslier, so I'm really hoping Newcastle concede, and Brighton cleany, then I can win it without even having to rely on Auba.
That would have made for an excellent start to the round as I have Bamford as well.

My moves this week were Cresswell and Odegaard in for Cancelo and Mahrez. Fielding 9 for this gameweek including Son who I'm half expecting to be risked, and Raphinha captain who did ok last night. Looking really strong for GW30 with no transfers planned then gonna start bringing in Chelsea defenders for GW31 onwards, Vardy for GW32, and Liverpool players for GW34 onwards

There's 2 weeks to the next set of games, so no rush to do anything.
And hope the missing fixtures are scheduled in that period.
I think Bamford has a great fixture next week - Sheff Utd, but then has a string of tough games. Also he's just limped off injured again, so that's another thing to let settle in the next 2 weeks.
Yeah I am waiting. Injuries may force my hand anyway.
Sometimes it might be better to admit your errors than not try to do something with them.
I think selling Bamford was an error from my part.
It was based on harder fixtures and recent form why I sold him, but watching him he always looks like scoring since then.
Unlike Antonio who I feel do not look dangerous recently.
Simply the sod's law of the player you don't have looking more likely to score than the player you do have.
Switch those 2 players over and it'll be the same trust me.

To a degree. I think Watkins always have chances, but waste them. Bamford waste chances too, but more clinical.
I think Antonio has not looked like scoring in the last two games. Against us it was an easy clean sheet. Granted we are one of the most solid sides right now.
Against Leeds I think Bamford had more chances than him.

He's the one that could really negatively affect me this week and next. I'm a bit worried one of Auba and Bale won't start and really it was a lack of options in the midfield that led me to those two. Grealish was another doubt too.

Well Lascelles is the pick that standout. Do you want him over Cresswell really?
Also 3 Chelsea defenders is too much, but a mighty differential i say. Shaw or Dias would be better to spread the risk.
So Lascelles was because I think Arsenal and West Ham are both more likely to score this week than Brighton are. The player in this spot I don't need next week, but I will need someone in GW31 when the fixtures really turn. Most teams playing this week have a tough fixture in GW31, apart from Arsenal and Newcastle. Lascelles against Burnley in GW31 works well. I recognise he is a real differential, but then again I am one of very few wildcarding this week, so small sample against which to compare myself. At 4.2 he becomes a good third sub longer term. If I was free hitting, I'd have a third Brighton defender.
I sold both Maguire and Dias on the wildcard. It was two from Rudiger, Azpi, Maguire and Shaw to be benched. In the end, I went all in on Chelsea for the better fixtures and the stingier defence in recent weeks. Rudiger was very cheap and was set for a rise last night, so he was first choice.. Azpi isn't playing for Spain, whilst Maguire and Shaw both have three England matches, so that also influenced me. I will very likely be buying Shaw or Maguire in the next two GWs for Dallas or Dunk. Happy to play them away at Spurs.
Funny thing is I owned and benched Son when he hauled against United in the 1-6. If he does me again....
