Konsa, Targett and Watkins in my side so I've lost I dread to think how many points in the space of 10 minutes.
My ML rival had Martinez, Watkins and Targett - was on for 25 points (including bonus) before that Newcastle goal Now down to 12.

Oh boy I celebrated that Newcastle goal, as rivals had double Villa coverage.
Then realised it was Lascelles who scored, who my cup semi rival has...farrrrkkkk
However, the guy in 3rd in my league was on for a Targett 12 and Martinez 7 (or more), and now gets 7 between the two (presuming Targett somehow still keeps those 2 bonus points)

Oh how I hate Newcastle. I've just gone from 21 points (plus I think 5 bonus) to 7. And of course they've also taken away the Targett assist just to rub it in even more.
Ffs Watkins goal turned to an assist and Martinez clean sheet wiped out in the space of a few minutes

Glad I was right to be worried about a villa double up at the back there. Felt like a complete clown for 80 minutes thinking why the feck did I bench Targett and start Watkins given neither team looked like scoring. Kinda saved by the end.
Off to enjoy the fantasy footy scout comments...so many were smug stating they had Watkins, Martinez and Targett.

Knew Martinez season had come to an end as soon as I saw @Varun had transferred him in.
Oh come on. I had Targett, Watkins and Martinez. I nip out to the kitchen on about 50 points, come back a millisecond later and Newcastle score, Ollie loses his goal, Targett his assist, everyone their clean sheet, 2 of them out of the bonus points. I hope Steve Bruce is pleased with himself. I'm never going to the kitchen again.

I have Martinez but that was so funny as my rival has Martinez, Targett and Watkins
No it COST them 16 points. The three would have scored 28 otherwise.
Martinez was on for 8 - he gets 3
Watkins was on for 8 - he gets 5
Targett was on for 12 - he gets 4.
There's been many a time we've had someone as captain, say Kane, and also owned Son, and say Kane misses a sitter late on - meaning we lose out on 4x2 for the goal, 1x3 for the assist and probably 1-2 bonus points....
But to literally have those points as good as banked, then taken away - my word. I wouldn't be sleeping well.

I knew that goal wasn't going to Watkins. Was expecting 6 for Targett, 8 for Martinez and 5 for Watkins = 19 points.
Still 8 points missed.
For my overall league position, that Villa cleany gone was huge.
For winning more dough in a cup, that Lascelles goal was an absolute disaster.

Watkins (like Bamford) would've gone a few weeks ago if it wasn't for GW29 and other priorities for transfers.
Once they've missed 47 chances and 5 penalties between them in GW29, they're gone. Pair of tossers.
