We're all missing the most important question: Will there be tits?

After The Witcher, DA: I, Metal Gear Solid (to a degree) and playing against people who pick Madrid on FIFA, I think it's fair to say every modern game needs its fair share of tits.

I remember my character shagging a ghoul prostitute in one of the Fallouts.

It was a dark time.

It's a Bethesda game. It's going to have issues day one.

For a big RPG like this you better off waiting a few months. Witcher 3 didn't run very well when it came out.
 
I'm reading the GAF thread. There seems to be a suggestion that the Xbox one version runs better than PS4.

New Vegas was... Different to FO3.

FO3 for me was more enjoyable, Vegas was very bland in comparison.
 
Also from the GAF thread people are saying it's quicker to fast travel than to go in and out of buildings(Which can take around 15 seconds to 30 seconds :eek:)
 
Just preordered...

Hope it has built in support for 21:9 resolution so I can enjoy it in pure bliss on my 34" 3440x1440 monitor :)

Have they removed all the levelling up option like Barter and Dialogue and merged them into something called Charisma? Why have they made it so simple? Hope thats not correct

I didn't expect the dialogue stuff to be so generic like 'sarcastic'....what are they doing
 
Don't really know much about the characters stats in 4, my biggest complaint is about the dialogue system.

Charisma was always there it's an Attribute. The C on SPECIAL. The ones you chose on the beginning on the game and don't level up (unless with rare quest rewards or game events).

Barter and Dialogue will be Skills, the ones you level up. I presume they're still there to level up.

My digital copy hasn't started pre-downloading ffs. My internet speed is muck, so doubt I'll have it downloaded on time for launch.
 
Watching gameplay videos my hype for this has gone down considerably, to such extent that I consider getting Black Ops 3 isntead.
 
The visuals look fine to me here. Maybe I'm just not that fussy anymore..


 
Got this on the PC. Very excited. Loved fallout 3 but for some strange reason i never felt the same about New Vegas. I know what to expect with Bethesda games and whilst they aren't perfect and this game will definitely rely on modders to most likely finish and improve it significantly. They are still brilliant true open world games.
 
My order on base still says pending after several days, there's going to be a very angry phone call made shortly
 
Looks like the console versions both perform and look like crap compared to budget PCs. Xbox One drops to 0 (yes, zero) fps :lol:

Yeah heard about that :lol:. Might wait a bit before getting this one(Although going from the reviews it's a great game).

Do you go along with the idea that they pay off sites like IGN and Gamespot for good scores?

I often see it but not sure I believe it. Surely their would be ex employees or something who would leak info

Sites like IGN and GameSpot definitely get paid to focus heavily on big budget games like this before release, basically dedicate their entire site to it leading up to the release of the game.

They all vehemently claim that they don't get money to give better reviews though, whether that's true or not is hard to say.

Oh for sure they get paid to advertise or do features. But that is normal for any industry really

But I seriously doubt their scores are paid for
