Jose signed Ibra and now about to sign Morata and wants Matic too? That's almost Moyesesque. At least be imaginative and get someone like Paredes or Carvalho if not Fabinho.
I agree I dont want Matic either. But managers dont sign all their previous players. They want someone who already knows or is comfortable with the system they play. Well except fecking Moyes, he had no system - just hoofball.

I'm saying the Caf widely ridiculded Moyes for his unimaginative signings of his former players and that there shouldn't be double standards about doing so. However, normally it is just the journos being unimaginative and linking managers to both former players of theirs and compatriots.
Of all the signings we make this summer, I think Fabinho will be the most important for the balance of the team.

I didn't think there was anything wrong with Moyes signing those players. Did have an issue when he tried to sign Baines and Fellaini though.
You're twisting facts here. Caf ridiculed Moyes for signing the likes of Pienaar and Gibson(i.e one who has been out of contract for sometime and other who has spend the majority of the last three seasons on an hospital bed). It's not about signing old players, it's about the quality of them. Mourinho didn't sign Ibra because he has managed him earlier.
