Good news.
Saw Dan Ric walking past me. His hand didnt look good. Packed in ice and his arm was in a sling (correct word?). The smile was nowhere to be seen.
And I was wondering why no one is here. I think with football starting people have forgotten that it's F1 weekend as well.Completely forgot F1 was back this weekend.
For some reason I just had it in my mind that F1 wasn’t back until September! And I was wondering why no one is here. I think with football starting people have forgotten that it's F1 weekend as well.
Its a dead season, so not too bothered. Will watch qually and the race. And I was wondering why no one is here. I think with football starting people have forgotten that it's F1 weekend as well.

Doesnt bode we for F1 when both leclerc and hamilton dont think RB can be caught till rules change for 2026 season.
So thats another 60 concecutive wins RB can aim for.
It's only year a half into RB's domination and it's already the worst. Can't wait to go back to Mercedes dominating. It's so much better.
This is a bit weird to me as well. I mean I admit I stopped watching entirely this season, because I fecking hate the dumb Max Verstappen love-in we have over here, but especially Hamilton whinging about it seems strange. He won like a gazillion championships in a row. It's only year a half into RB's domination and it's already the worst. Can't wait to go back to Mercedes dominating. It's so much better.
I would consider clamouring for a rule change because someone else is suddenly winning instead of you would qualify as whinging. Though English is not my first language so perhaps I'm misstaken in my belief that it means constantly complaining? Is he whinging? Not seen anything like that.
Any period of domination is extremely boring in F1.

I would find it equally silly if Red Bull, after their current dominance ends would start clamouring for a rule change, because it's making the sport boring. I mentioned Hamilton specifically because he has won so many championships making it weird to only complain about it after someone else is too dominant. In the end F1 is more an engineering competition than a drivers competition, so one team being dominant is kind of the point surely?I mean don't all teams during all eras do this? Red bull certainly did it, and I haven't seen him constantly saying it? I imagine they get asked all the time about it.
There’s a slight elevation just before that corner so I don’t think he had as much time as it looks. Especially with how low they sit. I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt. That Ricciardo accident was so amateur from him, I find it amazing that professional racer didn't see Oscar stuck in the wall long time before he picked his longer racing line in that corner.
Shame for the injury though.
Wet races are not like they used to be.Liking the Adagio for Strings in the build up
Didn't realise we'd had so many wet races, usually they are a huge cause for excitement but doesn't help if they aren't allowed to properly race

Seen some very wet races in the past.
Was watching Sky before, they said the wet tyres were only good for behind the SC.Can remember the days of Schumacher etc when there were some sodden races. Shame we can't have that anymore

If true that’s shocking, Senna at Monaco or Donnington in the very wet would not happen now
