We'll see how it goes this year, but there may be calls for repairs not to come out of the cap if it's not a drivers fault. If somebody takes a driver out and they end up suffering from not having upgrades later in the year it's a bit of a double punishment.
What happens if the cap is exceeded? Is it a points penalty or a reduced cap next year?
