@mariachi-19 i’m afraid i’ve copied and pasted your hamilton posts into an online racehate-o-meter and you’re coming out in the sweet spot between hitler and stalin.

If I was RB’s PR department I’d be telling Christian Horner to try sound just a tad more upbeat when talking about his nr.2 driver making a podium finish.
It’s a hard life being RB’s driver nr.2
Lewis and Russell both above Maxterisk in the championship
Of all things that have happened so far this season, Sainz having a pretty rough time in comparison to Leclerc is probably the most surprising to me.
Early days yet and Leclerc is better anyway etc. aside but thought it would be more even somewhat.

Hilarious reading this thread and watching @mariachi-19 have a total Lewis inspired meltdown. It’s rare you see someone lose their shit so hard because the hate is that strong. Rare but hilarious.
Complete numpties aside, I am delighted to see Ferrari excelling. LeClerc is top drawer. Great performance from both the Merc drivers again today, considering the problems of the car. Keeping Merc in the constructors race and both sitting above paper champ Verstappen in the standings, despite having a shit car this season.
If Merc can sort their problems out, and make the car competitive, they’ll be so grateful for these hard fought early points. I can’t see them gaining a second though, maybe half a second at most.
The ideal scenario is a three way title battle between Ferrari, RBR and Merc, but sensibly speaking we can really only expect the Red Bull to be competitive to Ferrari, if they can sort out their reliability issues. At this rate MV and RBR are going to need more favours from the FIA to defend his “title”.
It’s nice to see another name other than Merc at the top of the pile, and I couldn’t be happier that it’s the grand old lady of the sport to be the one to end the Merc dominance. Such a beautiful car too.
Sooner or later Mick Schmacher is going to be in a ferrari, sainz is doing a terrible job at present. Mick just needs to impress this season and it will leave ferrari with a not so tough decision.I was always surprised that Sainz was in a Ferrari. He didn’t impress as much as Norris in the Mclaren and he just seems to be a safe no.2 driver at best. Leclerc isn’t just better in my opinion, but streets ahead
Mate, if I’m gonna get called a racist, you better believe I’m going to defend myself.Hilarious reading this thread and watching @mariachi-19 have a total Lewis inspired meltdown. It’s rare you see someone lose their shit so hard because the hate is that strong. Rare but hilarious.

Yes, he’s relentlessly wrong.Good Lord you are relentless.
I don’t think Carlos is doing a terrible job but he’s a no.2 driver.Sooner or later Mick Schmacher is going to be in a ferrari, sainz is doing a terrible job at present. Mick just needs to impress this season and it will leave ferrari with a not so tough decision.

On a sidenote, Ted's Notebook on Sky, he mentioned that Ferrari PU is up 10kw on the Mercedes PU.
Finally got to watch the GP in full this evening. Was genuinely suprised at how well the Mercedes were doing. The car is a dog at the moment but they are 2nd in the constructors table.
Leclerc's ferrari was so far off in the distance even when max was on the track. That suprised me as well. Imola is effectively a home race for Ferrari so leclerc could stretch his lead even further in 2 weeks time.
I dont think it is harsh luck for Max.Lots of close following but not many passes today. Probably not a reg change that can happen anytime soon.
Leclerc and Ferrari looking unstoppable.
Harsh luck for Max with 2 DNFs in 3 races
Albon and Williams get their point. Nicely done.
Maxterisk! I see what you did there.Lewis and Russell both above Maxterisk in the championship
Has there been a French f1 champion before?
I knew the name but not the nationality. Cut me some slack, guy.

Yes please. Give me that boring seasonUnfortunately no one other than Max can get near Charles and if it keeps on going the way it is, he's going to dominate we'll have a boring season.
It's funny to see the anti Hamilton fans making him out to be a moaning and awful personality - I've introduced 3 people to F1 in the last year who come in with 0 historical knowledge or bias and they always say 'Hamilton is so gracious, he always congratulates other people before himself, always talks 'we' instead of 'me' and seems humble' but then you look in this thread and people are acting like he has the worst attitude on the grid.
It’s very true. Hamilton has always been very gracious, especially in defeat. I think that rubs his detractors up the wrong way. Hamilton is a victim of his own success. When you win as much as he has, you get a target on your back for a fringe hate squad. It always happens. But he’s one of the true gentlemen of the grid. It particularly happens with Verstappen fans, most likely because he is one the most poorly behaved ungracious drivers out there, fronted by the odious Horner. Deep down they know it, and it rankles with them, so to even the playing field they jump on anything and everything Hamilton says and try and make a mountain out of it. It’s desperate stuff.
Verstappen has probably the most punchable face in the world. Just can’t stand him.
It contrasts markedly to Verstappen, who despite being a great driver, is already on record calling fellow drivers “p*ssy”, “ret*rd” and “Ihni binni dimi diniwiny anitaime*l”. But likely because of his ethnicity, he gets a pass.
As for giving Verstappen a pass for saying offensive, inappropriate things, even loving it “because he says what he feels”, is the same mentality as people loving Trump because he tells it like it is; instead of acknowledging that he says some stupid and offensive shit.
Verstappen is a really unlikeable, contemptible character.
Unrelated to the latest kerfuffle, just more of a general sentiment, but I don’t think there are a duo in professional sport that I dislike more than Horner and Verstappen.
Red Bull, Verstappen, and Horner continue to show their true colours. Completely classless, and impossible to like. Verstappen is borderline reckless and his lack of a penalty is beyond baffling. The FIA continue to green light his behaviour, which we all have to hope isn’t going to end in serious injury one day. What a grotty little shop Red Bull run.
Verstappen winning the world title would be intolerable. His antics have just been so spoiled, entitled, and dangerous, I simply cannot stand to see that sort of behaviour rewarded. I love to see aggressive, exciting competition, but fair competition. Two amazing drivers battling it out. None of these shady tactics. Verstappen constantly crosses the line to the reckless, to the point where it is easy to call it cheating.
If that thundercnut Verstappen wins, well it’ll just ruin my day.
fecking disgusting
What a total fecking joke.
i fecking hate Verstappen and Horner. Absolute fecking joke.
Max as classless in his interviews as Red Bull has been all season
They're not. But if people can't back up why they dislike Hamilton then they'll receive pushback. Why are Hamilton fans so desperate for other fans to like him?
Why are Hamilton fans so desperate for other fans to like him?
Self awareness is such a rare trait these days.
Why are Hamilton fans so desperate for other fans to like him?
we just want you to know him like we know him. those of us with kids and that were lucky enough to be at silverstone in 2013 will remember the hours hamilton spent trying to suckle our young. most parents had given up and taken their kids away from him long after the 3 hour mark but hamilton stayed, determined to get just a drop of milk out of his dry teats. in the end he had sponsorship
commitments and he had to give up but i’m sure if that lady from tag heuer hadn’t have turned up, he would have attempted a successful latch long into the night.
contrast that with verstappen, who looked at me like i was mental when i asked him to wet nurse my son at zandvoort last year.
What in the name of god is thisRight, he's Monacan.
What in the name of god is this
(Love it though)
I think Sainz is an excellent driver. But he wouldn’t be the first to not be able to handle the pressure that comes with knowing you’ve got a car capable of being a world championship car. So in some ways I am surprised, in others I’m not. It’s still early doors though and he’s definitely had the run of bad luck. Hopefully he settles and keeps the prancing horse firmly ahead of RB and Mercedes, but I think his shot at the title is gone because, logically, Ferrari will favour Le Clerc now.Of all things that have happened so far this season, Sainz having a pretty rough time in comparison to Leclerc is probably the most surprising to me.

This was one of your worse posts.lay off him. it’s a small country and not many people have encountered a monaconese person in real life.
I think the reality is there has been a huge shift in him. Several years ago, he absolutely did come across as arrogant. And there’s plenty of factual evidence to suggest he was. But in the last few years, he has really become a role model in the sport and beyond, and definitely much likeable. The people who continue to call him arrogant and unlikeable generally have anchored to their view and unable to shake their bias to asses him objectively anymore.
For males surely it's gotta be "monocoque"!?This was one of your worse posts.
Isn’t it Monocench? Thought I’d join in with the bad jokes
