Completely agree with you about the hypocrisy of Uefa and Sky.t's also a bit rich of Sky to be taking the high ground when they helped create this monster in the first place. I'm sure they cared oh-so-much about the little man and grassroots football as they price gouged, globalized, and commercialized English football to hell and back. Spare me. It's not that I disagree with the sentiment, but rather who it's coming from.
The fact is that there are no good guys here, just different sets of rich cnuts fighting over money. Whoever wins, it will be normal fans, and football as a whole, who will lose.
The way some politicians and others have been talking today, you’d think Uefa in its current state is some benevolent non-profit, organising jumpers-for-goalposts kick-abouts for orphans, that must be protected against the evils of big business and capitalism
