Erik ten Hag | Currently unemployed

Johan Cruijff had authority and years to change Barcelona. There are already reports that he Erik ten Hag wants Ronaldo out. Would the board let him do that? I would rather he waits for the Manchester City job or his dream job at Bayern Munchen.

Of course you’d rather he waits. You don’t want him to leave!

Let the guy go to United, Bayern can have Solskjaer if they grow tired of Nagelsmann ;)

What's the the ETH doesn't want Ronaldo rumors being spammed across social media ?
Some people on social media are speculating that ETH doesn’t want Ronaldo

I hope its not true and frankly don't believe it given how chummy they were during the Ajax - Juve games.

The board will want him for obvious reasons. But ETH has been able to make Heller who ain't the most mobile striker in a very effective manner. He is the 3rd highest scorer in the CL.

ETH imo is pragmatic in his approach but dogmatic in his philosophy.

If Ronaldo can score 20+ goals in this team, I fail to see how he couldn't reach 30+ even 40+ in a good team. Obviously whatever Ten Hag decides should be done, but Ronaldo is like the least of our problems. We need to fix the defence and midfield ASAP.

Haller pressing numbers are very good, he is in top 30%, Ronaldo is in bottom 1%.

Will be interesting to see how this plays out. I think Ronaldo will leave as we won't be in CL

Thought he had a pretty decent 'fed up' face. He'll need that a lot.

Ajax looked a bit shite today. From recent game highlights they looked pretty poor in those too, as far back as mid Feb.

Probably burn out tbf. His squad is a bit thin.

The Ajax players no doubt are aware that he's fecking off to United in the summer. It might be having a psychological effect on their performances because they have been average recently.

Imagine basing your opinion on one lost final, as opposed to two league and cup doubles and a CL semi run.

I'm sure 2-3 of his best players already know their destination after this summer too. Nonetheless, this is a cup final and that's all the motivation needed to win the game.

Can't think of a single player that would conceivably be checked out to the extent they forego a 100% effort in 90 mins to get another medal for their career.

Are we all forgetting that klopp has lost a lot of finals. ETH is obviously got his mind already on the united job. Anyone can win and lose a final. Ajax had 2 goals ruled out aswell.

I don't think this particular game had anything to do with players checking out, it was a chaotic final with no composure from either team that was decided with mistakes from Ajax's defenders and keeper.

I agree.

But in a lot of Ajax matches as far back as February, they've looked quite average with narrow wins.
