Thread should be retitled to how pissed will you be when we don’t sack him until top 4 is mathematically out of reach.
Said it already there's no value getting into a debate about it. Preferring a manager who took one season to beat Oles best point tally in 3 attempts whilst hitting 2 Cup finals and one Cup is not contraversial for me. Cry about it somewhere else.
Mate, I said there's no point getting into a debate about it and you're trying to egg one on with shocked posts. As I said, cry about it somewhere else. It's evidently you that's rattled."Cry about it"
Is someone getting a little rattled that their stance on a manager who clearly wasn't good enough months ago has become indefensible?

Ive said what I had to say about the manager now, dig up my posts if you're that obsessed.
Its quite clear Allardyce isn't a good coach based on this, but you'll have pundits spouting about players needing passion. Rene's insight was really goodGreat video. Thanks for sharing.
Throwing toys out of the pramYou certainly didn't say you didn't want to debate it to me before throwing your toys out of the pram with childish comments about crying and now calling people "obsessed".
I'd suggest if this thread gets you into such a stress you should just take a break from it.
Sorry, I’d rather get top 4 and go trophyless than win the FA Cup and get relegated. The financial reasons alone that allow us to improve the squad makes it preferable.I’d happily not throw away a trophy. It was a great feeling - at the time. I’d take a season with a trophy over a season without one. Real Madrid wouldn’t accept a trophyless season, so why should we. The same is also true that we shouldn’t take awful league seasons. We need a manager who can win trophies every season and can get us to consistently perform well in the league. feck Solskjær and ten Hag as managers, neither were fecking good enough.

My posts that explained it said I didn't want to debate it. You were the one that was shocked by it. As I said, if you want to cry, do it somewhere else. I've got not got time for posters that are overly sensitive about Oles shit e reign with us.
You do you. As a Manchester united supporter I value silverware over 3 points.
And I agree Ten Hag was no way near good enough in that season. But Ole had 3.5 years to hit the mark and looked on course for the same position as Ten Hag last season had he stayed. With no cups on top. Anyway - its just opinionsAnd as a Manchester United supporter I value competing at the top over middle table and a league cup.

I hope so too mateyWhen you say something on an internet forum people might respond, some may agree, some may not.
Overly sensitive, obsessed and crying. Blimey, hope I'll be alright for work on Monday.

Scrolling past that I thought it said Coleen Rooney at the end there
Seems it.So the leaks have stopped a bit more then?

Rene brilliantly exposing ten Hag.
Generously he has 1 major trophy that he conspired to throw away against a Championship side with his kamikaze tactics and won by the skin of his teeth against a City side that had been on the piss and threw a goal in.
Worst league finish, worst goal difference, worst European record, biggest defeats, most times conceded 3+ goals ect in about 50 years.
Ole lost one major trophy in a penalty shootout by the skin of his teeth. Ole also made us a Champions League side twice and one of the better teams in the league for 2 and a half seasons.
It was definitely time for Ole to go as he couldn't take us to the next step but to say Ten Hag is "miles ahead" wow.

Yeah, very much like Erik's answers in that interview where he just said stick to the plan or belief or whatever he said. Its quite clear Allardyce isn't a good coach based on this, but you'll have pundits spouting about players needing passion. Rene's insight was really good
Then why post it? You can't just post something like that and not expect replies unless you're a WUM like quite a few people think. He was better in season 1 than Ole ever was, so for me the latter season is redundant. Both not nearly good enough but one brought 2 trophies home. That's all I want to say, don't want to get drawn out into a debate over it.
He's not worth it bud. He's obviously a wum.Says the guy that’s overly sensitive about Ten Hag’s historically shit reign with us.
You'd be great at talking people into jumping.
Some fair points, but this grinds my gears. Did he actually say ‘last season was a success because we won the FA cup’. Or is that how you heard it? Bear in mind I haven’t watched the interview yet!
Would last season have been better if we didn’t win the FA cup?
In many ways, this part of your post feels like gaslighting right back. Which is food for thought.
Rene brilliantly exposing ten Hag.
His football has been crap and you can't defend it and he'll most likely be sacked soon but people saying the FA cup final was lucky just isn't true. Our XG was better on the day, we defended well and, but for a mistake by Onana, it would have been a 2-0 win.
I will cry too once he's gone to be fair.. Happy tearsActually feel really sad he’s likely going. ( I know he needs to go).
I’m a big softy though and nearly cried just now because my cat got into a fight with another cat….
We can get Carlo then if Real get Xabi."What the club need to do now is make sure we have the right manager at the helm next summer (preferably Xabi Alonso) and sort out this mess of a season whether that us Ruud as interim or someone else".
There's a huge problem with this. Alonso is probably the most sought after coach nowadays. We all know that Bayern Munich wants him, also Real Madrid sees him as a potential successor of Ancelotti and then there's Liverpool as long time admirers of him. If Slot fails they'll want him too. Currently we're not in a position to rival these clubs unfortunately for the signature of Alonso.
That's a bit harsh after he got the equaliser the other day!You know you're shite when the new owner says I like you, I think you're a good coach but...
Please please just get rid. I can't watch another game seeing his gormless expression on the sidelines
You tell us!The question is, in the unlikely event that we win against Villa on Sunday, would INEOS still have the balls to sack Erik during the international break?
A win would be another false dawn. Even Berrarda and Ashworth must be able to see that by now. I don't think many would argue against the sacking in such a scenario.
No, but to say we were lucky in the FA cup final win as some suggested is just untrue. We were the better team. It changes nothing regarding his situation now but let's not say it was a lucky win when it wasn't.It's one game. With a bunch of very talented footballers to boot. Raphaël Varane a prime example of that talent at the back. Let's not pretend he pulled off that result with a bunch of minnows.
A similar side lined up against Liverpool at Anflield under ETH and got pummeled 7-0.
No but for a couple of seasons while we stabilise he would be ideal. Just depends if he'll go for a short term contract. But I guess we could extend it if he continues to do well.I think if we get Tuchel in next week, he’ll win at least 1 trophy this season probably the Europa. But I don’t think he’s the long term solution.
When he said we wouldn't be playing like that I was done with him. Like you say, that's why he was hired. My biggest question regarding his reign is and will be; what happened with his tactics and style from Ajax? He got a job based on that and was highly rated 2 years ago because of that.
in United he looked as completely different manager.
