Ajax final game is 15/5, ours is 22/5. Will he manage our last game?
No.Ajax final game is 15/5, ours is 22/5. Will he manage our last game?
I read hes coming straight after thevseason ends in holland and spending 3-4 weeks working at utd, then 2week hol then back to work fully. Now thats a great start by any remit.I reckon Ten Hag will head to Manchester and work his arse off for the summer with minimal holiday time.
Not saying he should do that or anything, I just think it's what he'll do.
I'm looking forward to pre season though. Will be nice to see something a bit different.Lazy bastard. Just finish the Mickey Mouse league already
No one said it was natural for anything, you’re just making shit up so you can argue with yourself about things people haven’t said or things you think people are thinking, Mystic Meg.Yet all you’ve done is post excuses for him, how it was only natural to give up.
It’s obviously not going to be an easy ride for Ten Hag, especially with a squad that Ralf has dragged even further towards the bottom. I have very little doubt that it’ll take a short amount of time for Ten Hag to implement his visions, we’ll obviously have lots of ups and downs going forward, but we’ll see clear improvements in how we play, rather than Ralf implementing Ole version 0.8
I would have to question that. I doubt Ole asked for Ronaldo, I think that was all Fergie, didn't Fergie phone him to ask him to come back, I reckon that was Fergie just assuming that that Ole wanted him which I'm not sure about.
That was our most recent signing, Mata, one of the first signings under Woodward, was that Moyes or Woodwards choice I wonder.
Whatever about the above, he has certainly not signed players the manager asked for.
That one was 100% moyes without a doubt. But you could argue that’s because they failed to sign who he actually wanted, didn’t he want like Thiago but the club failed so he panicked and just rushed into a signing in the last minutes of deadline day.Who do you think wanted Fellaini?
Nonsense. The man has been very successful on restructuring football clubs. Something we could desperately use.Hopefully crossed out Ralf’s name as a future consultant. Imagine keeping that guy on the payroll or pretending he has anything to offer the team.
The minute that starts happening then ten Hag will need to be ruthless and show them the doors… they won’t all be like that, it’s normally like a group of them but 1 player starts it of and then others follow them. At the minute the players are saying everyone is excited about him joining and there looking forward to playing exciting football. No one said it was natural for anything, you’re just making shit up so you can argue with yourself about things people haven’t said or things you think people are thinking, Mystic Meg.
We’ll see an immediate improvement when Ten Hag gets here because the players know they have to perform, I’m not worried about that. I’m worried about what happens when they decide (again) that they don’t think he’s good enough to win things, or they think he’s too mean to them and won’t take the fall when they want to feck off to Dubai or not train for ‘personal reasons’
FFSThe very fact we’ve hired him makes me concerned about his actual ability. Hopefully the decision makers actually picked Pochetino but there was some miscommunication and we’ve just decided to go with it.
Who do you think wanted Fellaini? Our first post Fergie signing.

our first two signings post-Fergie were Fellaini and Mata, which is absolute mental when you think about it
Fellaini the massive lump (albeit quite an effective one), and Mata the highly technical Spaniard suited to a possession game..
I mean what the feck were they thinking?

Perfect opportunity to play young lads and see how they do, Leicester couldn't make the final in it,I want to be in the EL, if we end up in the conference it helps no one, a total hindrance.
I think that’s what we’re all hoping for mate. We need someone to be ruthless and clear out these absolute jokers. My only reservation is that previous managers have tried to do the same and been fired after boardroom decisions were made to keep certain players like Martial over the manager. The minute that starts happening then ten Hag will need to be ruthless and show them the doors… they won’t all be like that, it’s normally like a group of them but 1 player starts it of and then others follow them. Gaslighting 101Not entirely sure you understand what you’ve been arguing.
Just play the reserves and fringe players. Good opportunity to rest players like Ronaldo and focus on the league mostlyCan we possibly miss the Europa Conference? Would it be a blessing to give ETH just domestic games to worry about?
Think the fans end up the biggest problem, we have to ignore the s**t stirring media for a start. There will be a lot of ups and down and fans have to realise it. This is going to take time and the club have to specify this to the media. There should be patience from the fans now it’s clear what a shitshow he’s walking into
ETH worked under him a few times earlier in his career, at Twente for example before McClarenWho’s this bloke?
Let’s be realistic instead of setting him up to fail with unrealistic experience expectations.Let see what we do in the summer before saying some things aren't possible. If ETH gets Ole/mourinho level of support then he should 100% get at least top four. That is the basic objective. Since there might be a lot of outgoing, that should be put into consideration into getting the right cohesion with his team. As such, no one should expect him to win the top trophies. However, if we are in the conference league or europa league, our team will be significantly better than the rest of our competition. So the basic expectation for that competition is at least reaching the finals or semi finals. ETH isn't coming to a mid table club. He is coming to one of the biggest club in football. Just because of how much Ole has set us back, our standards is low. But definitely if he meets those basic objectives then next season, he should be challenging for the title.
He was an utter failure in Russia and their fans couldn’t have been happier to be rid of him.Nonsense. The man has been very successful on restructuring football clubs. Something we could desperately use.
He's out of his depth managing us though, as predicted.
When you're DoF at Lokomotiv Moscow, with Ralf's body of work, you're practically retired. He was an utter failure in Russia and their fans couldn’t have been happier to be rid of him.
Dodgy fax machine again? The very fact we’ve hired him makes me concerned about his actual ability. Hopefully the decision makers actually picked Pochetino but there was some miscommunication and we’ve just decided to go with it.
So you're just going to ignore everything he's done previously at Leipzig and Hoffenheim. He was an utter failure in Russia and their fans couldn’t have been happier to be rid of him.
The Red Bull clubs were financially doped to the eyeballs, they were far far richer than any of the clubs they competed against in the lower divisions. If Ralf really is some sort of club building extraordinaire how did he end up in Russia? So you're just going to ignore everything he's done previously at Leipzig and Hoffenheim.
You’re just making shit up he was only there 4 months before he joined usHe was an utter failure in Russia and their fans couldn’t have been happier to be rid of him.
Yeah, I’m definitely making shit up. Took over a team that finished 3rd, ripped everything up and got out of there as fast as he could. You’re just making shit up he was only there 4 months before he joined us
I'd love to know which foaming at the mouth, Ole in returnee you are.Yeah, I’m definitely making shit up. Took over a team that finished 3rd, ripped everything up and got out of there as fast as he could.
