They are not the CEO, they are not the DoF, yet. They can converse about what they want to do and I am sure they have made plans, but it is a matter of area of competency and chain of command. They are not actually Ten Hag's bosses yet, are they? They could lobby whoever lame duck Glazer CEO is there now to sack Ten Hag, but that is not a good way to go about it when you are not actually in the job, in the office, in the building, to deal with the situation.
