Sometimes you wonder how Stokes is only averaging a tick over 36 in test matches. He seems to thrive when really under the pump, doesn't seem to often come in when England are in good positions and do as well.

Yep - looked bleak but definitely in with a shout. Everyone needs to massively step up second innings (aside from Stokes & Wood).
