I've seen a few right wingers (both Tories and the Far Right/mobbish underclass) blame uncontrolled migration and "two tier" policing blamed on Labour - either directly or indirectly.

The difference here is the prisons are already near their operational capacity and based on proposals in the Sentencing Bill (which didn’t pass), the recommendation was to limit sentences e.g. by giving suspended sentences for any sentences under 1 year.
They won’t have thought about it too deeply, but you can be sure there are some people out rioting that heard on the news that jails are running out of space and they’re even releasing violent defenders early, emboldening some idiots to take extra risk.

If clubs recognise these thugs they should be banned. I really don't know how we can change this. Take internet and phones off them, except they will still get round that. As someone said deport them all to some remote island in the coldest of cold places. As I mentioned yesterday you hope a few of them have to answer to their bosses tomorrow.
Yeah, and mosques like that one, especially the larger ones, to my knowledge, are huge contributors to their communities with all sorts of community and charity initiatives running all year long.
Surely recent events have taught us not to believe that this video will be the whole story?

Surprised that not much has happened in London yet.
The mosque and the folk who run it in my home town do more for the local community than pretty much anyone else. They've even got a community office on the other side of town just so they can reach more people. Worked with them a few times and they're awesome.

You are police if I remember correctly. When a mob like this is throwing bricks or pushing police I am guessing police keep their distance to not escalate the situation.
However when mobs start destroying property/shops why don't the police get involved then.

Tbf some of their bigger 'protests' have taken place in Central London. Of course they wouldn't venture out of the centre though.
