Will they spend more, or is Cavani the last signing? Surely they can't have much more to spend?

Who on this godly earth is going to pay for Ibra?

It's no wonder players choose Paris, it's a beautiful city and must be absolutely fantastic one to live in when you're a millionaire, in terms of history and prestige PSG isn't far behind City and Chelsea either and they offer top dollar too. City and Chelsea, both of whom need a top striker (especially Chelsea) are slowly running out of options.
So is Ibra off for sure then?
Bloody Arabs ruined the best sport ever.

Chelsea could ?
Mou and Ibra... They would love each other.
And Abromovic popularized it
Maybe... maybe... we're the evils and those were the white knights swooping in and save the days. Food for thoughts.Yeah totally. Both of those two sugar-daddy cnuts have cost us about 3/4 League titles aswell...

Nah, this just means our only option is Rooney! Although I must admit Joses pulling power seems to have waned a little!
But perhaps made the titles we did win a bit more relevant?
They also pushed us to build better teams
I think Rooney has been top of Mourinhos wish list anyway, personally.
I think he'd tear the PL up.
'Unimpressed with Ligue 1'It's fantastic, the guy moves for €65M (in fairness he had nothing to do with the fee), spends 6 months here and wants to leave. You've got to love modern day football.
Can't really blame him, the league is just too easy for PSG.

Interesting.... So apparently Moyes was interested in buying him in the summer, but felt a left back and CM were more of a priority- both of which he failed to accomplish. Unhappy in Paris, but the question is: If he was available, should we try and sign him? RvP will be 31 next season and seems to have his injury woes back, Rooney will be on his last year and potentially moving, and Hernandez and Welbeck aren't ones to be leading men for a top club week in week out (yet). He's 2nd top scorer in Ligue 1, scored loads of goals in Serie A, he just scores. If we got a left back, a centre back and a CM with money spare, I reckon this transfer would be huge, but only if the unhappy rumours are true and PSG were willing to sell.
I have no objection to signing Cavani but c'mon, there are really more important issues to address.

Well, that isn't entirely true.
