We see no price point. How much do you think one of those controllers costs? What does that mean? It means you'll get raped, and the cost of the controller will have compromised the components in the console itself.

For a new console announcement they really didn't give much away apart from the fact its a massive controller with a screen in it.
It's exactly the same as remote play, but you can't take it out of the house. The thing is, it will be compulsory, so at least it will get used, but it's another clear example of Nintendo ripping Sony's experimental ideas off. It's stupid and shit!

We didn't get shown enough to either like it or dislike unless you either love or hate the concept. They showed zilch of what the console can actually do graphically and to demonstrate their controller they used rehashed Wii games. Is it HD or what?
Just seen a trailer of the new controller at work on a Zelda game. I have to say it does look interesting. The graphics on the controller do replicate that of whats on the screen.

Weaste, most people grow out of being console fanboys by the time they are Twelve. For the moment I am reserving judgement until we hear things like price, relationship with the Wii and the extent of graphical capability. Though for the time being, the fact they are both trying to hold on to their wii audience and move back to the mainstream market and have the commitment of some major third party publishers is encouraging.
Blow that up 200% and give it an up to date display. WiiU. (no idea why someone photoshopped that image onto it, too lazy to look for another version)
Opinion does appear to be very negative across the board so far, though I'd attribute that as much to the lacklustre way in which they unveiled it.

The wii u controller is xbox huge. Never thought i'd see the day where the controller is bigger than the console.
They need to get footage of how these multiplatform games will use the tablet out there soon.
I can see a motion tracker in Aliens being cool, same with guiding air strikes in BF3.
