Zinedine Zidane at Bordeaux
Not really. Inter is renowned of giving some real gems to AC Milan in exchange for less talented players. The classic exchange of the Baresi brothers (Franco and Beppe). The exchange of Pirlo and Giullimpietro, the exchange between Coco and Seedorf etc. Eventually they stopped doing it and focused in strengthening other clubs instead. For example they gave Juventus Cannavaro for Carini. TBF Inter are renowned for such deals. Its a shame we haven't yet noticed such trait. I wouldn't mind us getting Icardi in straight swap with Valdes
Coloccini (Milan)
I think swap deals in Italy are common as a way of balancing the books without money exchanging hands. It's creative bookkeeping, it's not that they think Cannavaro is as good as Fabien Carini.
Nakata Bolton
Wasn't the experience of playing for Bolton that traumatic Nakata swiftly retired soon after.
Really? Davids seems more surprising considering Taarabt has spent most of his career at QPR.
Adel Taarabt, QPR.
Luis Enrique at Real Madrid
Didier Deschamps at Chelsea
Some of those just show how legends need to quit when they are ahead!Campo at Bolton
Forest is actually the first club that springs to mind for me when thinking of him.
Hooijdonk (Notthingham Forest)
