Played it for some time and liked it alot. But i hit a kind of a power plateau where i was more or less useless at higher level missions with no clear way to increase in power so it just dropped off. Still have something like 4k plat on me.How many of you are ready to ditch destiny and play warframe with me instead?

How far did you get?
Mastery 8 i think. I am stuck where i had to go 15 waves on lua defence to unlock next node. Plus defeating lephantis as well.
Haven't gotten that far yet, I'm only on europe but I've almost maxed out my main stuff (dread, frost prime, pyrana prime and some other stuff) while farming endos to upgrade my mods. If anything I feel overpowered, but it makes sense since I'm at MR7 on europe. :P

I've done second dream, and maybe one or two more, but not done war within for sure, or the other dream/sleep quest that people are raving about.
Currently working on upgrading the serration mod (dread damage multiplier), while i level up random stuff to increase MR.
Yeah i want to do that last quest as well but i have to unlock the quest before that as well.
The mission isn’t too hard, takes a little bit of practice but that’s ok. Waiting for the correct PE is a bit annoying but at least you get a selectable heroic version once you beat it the first time.
I beat the normal mission on the second attempt with the lfg group so it wasn't too bad, just needed a little bit of coordination with the bosses. I don't have people I regularly play with so have to use lfg for anything that I can't solo so the progress I make on the catalyst and ship all depend on how arsed I can be to keep finding people to do it with, although now's probably the best time to do it as there's plenty looking to do it at the moment and it might die off soon.
So people do still play this? Was on the other day for a few days and there was only ever one other caftard on. Couldn't be arsed continuing...
Big patch today to change weapon slots and ttk (time to kill) on some weapons and abilities with Forsaken dropping next week and a return to random rolls on weapons and a new mod system.
Been watching the state of the game after stopping in CoO til getting back into it about a month ago, things look like they're headed in the right way finally. That's a nice trailer too, finally we speak!
Huge patch 35g, means that when Forsaken drops next week should be able to jump straight into it

Is this similar to Warframe though? All about the online grind? Because I want to play Warframe properly and not sure if I can deal with two such games without a good gap between the them.
Yes it's grindy. Same style of games.
Gambit 24 hour preview is live, only played one game so far but it was pretty fun. The mixture of pve and pvp is an interesting mechanic, especially if you're carrying quite a few motes and an enemy invades.
Just boarded the command ship (think it's like the end of the learning intro prologue bit) and I'm quite enjoying it, didn't really like D1...

Hopefully they introduce better connection based matchmaking in crucible when the dlc drops because since the update last week I've experienced more lag in pvp than the rest of year 1 combined, it's been horrendous.
Got smashed on multiplayer is it cos my weapon is shite? Or am I just shite? Seems mental.
Depends what weapons you were using but if you're new to the game then you probably don't have the "meta" guns yet.
The weapon system just changed as well so there's a lot of people using shotguns, fusion rifles and the odd sniper rifle too which can be tough to deal with if you don't know the maps because people will just hug corners all game and slide shotgun around them when they see red segments on their radar. Pulse rifles are probably the most effective primary weapon type at the moment so if you run with a pulse and shotgun plus whichever heavy takes your fancy you should do better.
I think sbmm is still used for Rumble matches (not 100% sure) so if you queue up for that it might put you in more balanced games too but it's a 6 player free for all, not team based like quickplay.
Yeah the Inaugural Address (raid pulse rifle) seems to be the weapon of choice right now, it's pretty beast!

You can catch up quickly, my friend only started on Sunday and he's already like 340 light. With the new DLC coming that'll boost you up anyway.

Me. I promised myself i am not buying any more expansions after the disappoinment that was D2 launch but here i am. They have sucked me back in. Whats worse is that i dont have my ps4 anymore so now am playing on pc with brand new characters.
