I'd get Lahm back to full back and have a proper attacking defender. They have plenty on the bench to go into CM.

Ghana is making it too compact in the middle, Germany needs to swing it wide more.
Germany are looking quite inventive at times in the final third. Just that very last ball that's not been there. Mainly because there's very few options in the box for that final ball. Normally one white shirt vs 3 red.
