David Moyes West Ham Manager | Gone (pedantic sod Sarni)

If they don't implode mentally it will be in spite of Moyes.

Heard he was their last available option, but God even if, Bilic still better for me at least he can keep them from relegation but Moyes can take them there.
C'mon Moysey beat City or get draw before they playing us and I will apologize to you and believe that you are a football genius ;)

How can he beat City or even a draw when he is trying to make it difficult for Watford and failing miserably? Why did Bilic fail some badly? He was good last year. I also think some of these people think they are good coaches and never listen to good people. Moyes is one of them. He takes the coaching and get them to cross 98 times or was it 89 times? LOL

I think a lot of people has been waiting for this. LOL. How can Fergie be so idiotic that he thought Moyes was the man?

Hahah oh God that Fulham game was just something unbelievable. Really how can SAF be so wrong about him? And giving him a 6 years contract? Oh even the great minded can really take stupid decision.

I never wanted him as I have seen how Everton play. Yes he was a solid mid table manager but never a top Manager. SAF must have thought he would accept his advice and keep the back room staff.

Now more information is coming from WestHam about why they were so bad in the second half and stopped running. Apparently they have been having two sessions of training with him and they simply were dead on their feet. He over trained them. Just like he did to RVP. Just like he promised that he will run them till they cry.
FFS is he trying to coach a football team or a bunch of marathon runners?

I think the porno guys will not sack him no matter what. They will let his contract run out for 6 months

You just have to wonder how he got the West Ham job...

Moyes is set for the rest of his life with excellent job security. Once you get into the club of premier league managers, there'll always be somebody who will hire you. Besides, no matter how many trainwrecks he creates, he and his agent will always say "But Everton" and there will be a sucker who buys it.

Awful defeatist attitude, lack of strategy, always blaming somebody else, extreme bitterness.. SAF's biggest mistake of his career.

He is too self entitled and not willing to learn from past mistakes..

His time as a Manchester United manager will remain with me forever, never have I been so depressed in my entire life....I basically do not always look forward to the weekend.

Can't forget that 2-0 loss to Everton that made me almost smash my phone at the TV in frustration and hopelessness...
I reckon he may do well at westham though, they much closer to his teams at Everton.

How does Moyes keep getting a job despite failing miserably in his last 3 clubs!

He's sure getting the best from keeping Everton about as mediocre as it gets. Stop hiring this man.

He's already throwing players under the bus.

Keeps talking nowadays about players having to take more responsibility and that they can't keep looking to the manager for help. What's the point of having him as the manager then, might as well ask Andy Carroll to be player-manager...

He is a carbon copy of that feckwit manager at work that everyone has come across at least once in their life. Takes credits for the good and doesn't hesitate to pass off the blame for the bad.

Feck knows why he was our manager, He's clueless, If West Ham fans thought it was bad now, They've seen nothing yet.

They have. They are already calling for him to be sacked. Moyes Out threads are already there. Looks like only a few want him to be given any time.

There is no evidence to suggest that giving David Moyes time will mean that he will deliver better results.

How anyone can sit down and seriously say “give him time, he will get it right” is beyond me.

The team will remain flat and demotivated, all but the absolute worst teams will give West Ham the run around and they will be incredibly lucky to stay up.

What is most strange about him is that he learns absolutely nothing on his 'journey' through management. It seems as though he hasn't a reflective bone in his body because he plods from club to club with the exact same narrative and complete and utter state of delusion - to the point you can copy and paste his response from 2,3,4 or 5 yrs ago and have them match almost word for word.

It shows gross negligence on the side of West Ham to employ him. He's exactly the opposite of a manager you look at to keep a club up. His dour, deflective, blame-the-players-first approach will bring a cloud of gloom, which will invariably drown the team and the fanbase in negativity and it won't be a surprise when the players down tools and stop playing for him.

You would think there would at least be a clause written his contract that his severance package is reliant on him meeting certain targets otherwise he doesn't get a massive pay off to go away. It's scandalous that he can go from club to club, making himself richer by millions, for literally being inept at his job. He's like some kind scam artist at this point.

None of these West Ham players deserve to play for a Champions League manager like Moyes. Truly astounding how they let him down last night. Perfect performance by Dave, as predicted he was absolutely excellent, only to be let down by that stupid idiot players. Same story everywhere since he left Everton, aside from a period of time at Sociedad where he saved them from imminent relegation which nobody could believe was possible for a team that struggled to 4th place a year before but Amazing Dave instilled the kind of hope and passion that prevented relegation and kept them save in bottom half.

Blaming whole team on public again after defeat , demoralize his own player

"Some big players with big reputations disappointed me a lot.
"I thought they would show me more. They need to show me why they have got that reputation."

Straight out of the Hodgson book. He's so fecking smalltime. And completely divorced from his players, from day 1.

He is correct though. He put in a great managerial performance worthy of a CL manager he is, and they still lost because of players. He has every right to be disappointed.

I expected something like that. I had it narrowed down to a win, a draw or a loss.

It must be really irritating for him that he keeps putting in these world class performances on the touch line but the players keep letting him down.

west ham player should questioning his reputation as CL manager too

David Moyes.....can't even get a dead cat to bounce! - you just know he was banking on a win against Watford as some money in the bank before he goes into the next few harder games. I have revised my opinion - He may not make 3 Months in the job!

His best season at Everton was what, 12 years ago?

I’ll never understand how he got the United job. I always knew he would, but I still don’t understand.

As much of a nutter and plonker he is, West Ham should have gone for Pardew.

He is now talking all about he did at Everton. He brushed his time at United under the carpet and says his time at Sociedad as a success. He says no one could have saved Sunderland.

How does Moyes keep getting a job despite failing miserably in his last 3 clubs!

He has three things to concentrate on, He did well at Preston and Everton, he got a good reference from SAF and he took Man Utd to 7th in the PL, "Ex-Man United Manager" looks good on anyone's CV... if you read no further, then he's a good choice and he's cheap!
