Why does he have to change agents?
Because his old agent will want to take a considerable slice according to Ballague....It's likely to be announced on Monday. Mendes set up the whole deal and he will be De Gea's agent.

Atletico Madrid goalkeeper David de Gea has decided to sign for Manchester United following the agreement of a £17 million deal between the two clubs.
The fee was agreed around two months ago, with agent Jorge Mendes at the centre of negotiations, but the player needed time to make up his mind regarding his future. The young keeper has risen to prominence in a very short space of time and after establishing himself as the number one choice in this, his second season in the first team at his hometown club, was unsure whether he was ready to leave the familiar surroundings of home and move to the Premier League so early in his career. However, de Gea has now told his team mates at Atletico that is leaving to join Manchester United and that his parents and girlfriend will be joining him in England.

I'm not a transfer muppet and hate talking about players I rarely watch, but I love that we've signed this 20-year old guy, gonna be a great goalkeeper for us. [there's no doubt about that]

Hart is 4 years older than De Gea, you just have to look at where Hart was 4 years ago and where De Gea is now. Whenever I watch De Gea I just think he is a wonderful keeper, one of the top shot stoppers in the world, he has good distribution and composure for someone so young. I think he will be as good as, if not better than Hart.

I think Cech was initially signed as backup for Cudicini, but took his chance when he got it. I don't think anyone would suggest that because De Gea's 20 it's impossible for him to do the job for us, but I think it's fair to say his age would seem to increase the likelihood of there being feckups from time to time.
Assuming United have done their scouting to the level we would expect, obviously they feel the pros outweigh the cons. I still expect growing pains, though.
