So it looks like he is going to Arsenal permanently! Not sure how I feel about selling to a rival, not so pleased around that.

£16m is about how much he's worth. Thought it'd be a bit more, with the English tax and all that.
He'll score loads for Arsenal. And screw up our best chance of getting top 4.
Seems like Welbeck was pushing for a permanent deal.
He got the same amount in 2013-14 as he did in 2011-12, he can score when he plays in his natural position and gets into form with a run of games. Plus he's with Wenger, and Wenger could well sort out his deficiencies.
I feel like today would be an awful day if this happens. He's everything I love about the club. He's magic. Why sell such a top player? For so cheap.
