He has been acting the twat since March.
That's the key part. I also didn't like Welbeck's attitude for some time now.

So United goes for the Verm and Wenger shows us the middle finger and then we go and sell them Welbeck.....hmmm that does not feel right

This all sucks
Erm...yes for meErm, no. Just no.
I think a lot are forgetting about Wilson in all of this because of the Falcao transfer. LVG obviously has faith in him and from what I've seen, I wouldn't blame him.
They are a rival for 4th spot, it's a terrible move from utds point of view
Arsenal have activated Klaas-Jan Huntelaar's £12.75m release clause at Schalke. (Source: Junge Welt)
Saying you don't want to isn't a refusal. It seems like it's a preference. It's not that. It's the refusal to go on loan.
Junge WeltSource?
He's a bit old to go on loan. He can do a job at a top team. He desperately needs playing time, he will be good for Arsenal and Arsenal good for him. It's selfish to want to keep him to warm the bench. It's not that. It's the refusal to go on loan.
He will improve one of our rivals for 4th place so of course it's not the best move for United but for him it's understandable. We want him out, during his time here he has been an excellent pro and done what's asked of him every time without fail, we can't deny him a good move.
Agreed.Find it really strange the way people see this sort of thing from the players view. Like they want good things for footballers who aren't Manchester United players (any more). Can't relate to that mindset at all.

£24 million is spot on IMO.
That is something I will never agree withMeh. If a club tell a player he's not wanted then he has the right to agitate for his preferred destination. They've no right to dictate where he goes.
Letting him join Arsenal. Whoever is involved in sanctioning this can feck right off.
Arsenal have one decent striker who's injured til 2015, and we're solving that problem for them. Just feck off. I tell you right now we wont finish anywhere near City or Chelsea, so if we're that confident of getting top 4 even after strengthening our biggest rivals for 4th place then we better fecking deliver. This whole thing is an absolute shambles.
Hernandez.
I need SAF to hug me and tell me everything will be alright
Yeah, he was acting terribly when he was our best player against Munich, and looking really good in pre-season. Horrible attitude.
We're strengthening our direct rivals with whom we're going to compete for 4th place and needed a striker badly. Fecking joke. Woodward is an idiot.
I knew him as a kid, we were in the same year at primary, even kicked around a tennis ball around the yard a bit with him (easier to sneak in than a football, it wasn't allowed - concrete yard). He's a good lad.Find it really strange the way people see this sort of thing from the players view. Like they want good things for footballers who aren't Manchester United players (any more). I said in the last Welbeck thread that LvG wouldn't rate him but no one wanted to believe me.
Can someone explain - from the player's perspective - why a permanent move might be preferable to a loan? Signing on fee?
