No brainer. Go with Blind over Cuadrado.
I'd like him, but the asking price is just daft. Di Maria, Depay, heck even Konoplyanka or Zaha would do but we need to rejuvenate our wide options i think.
Sammer (Bayern) said after a pre-season match, that they are not interested in Cuadrado and the rumors are bollocks.
Who said Cuadrado would? Never mind the wages. At the same price Di Maria's wage difference would be worth it. He's a proven talent that can play all across the midfield. Doesn't seem like money is the biggest issue. United has never spent beyond their means. At the moment, the means are a lot higher than a few years ago.Not as simple as that. Di Maria's wages would be much higher and also he might not even want to join you.
As much as I'd like Griezmann our need for a RW is needed more so Cuardrado.Who would people prefer cuadrado for £37m euros or greizeman for about £30m euros, I'd prefer greizeman in the team as he can play on either wing and would suit lvg system as he is very comfortable on the ball and had a brilliant world cup
He was brilliant at the World Cup! One of he best wingers at the tournament.Gotta admit I don't get the hullabaloo over this guy. Only thing i've seen of him was the WC, and there he performed no better than some of our current players.
All i ever saw was him losing the ball. Did a couple of impressive dribbles, but they never amounted to anything other than a "that could have been awesome". But then i didn't see every match. He was brilliant at the World Cup! One of he best wingers at the tournament.
Did you see him against anyone other than Brazil? He wasn't great in that game but he ended the tournament with a goal and 4 assists, which was the highest in the tournament. All i ever saw was him losing the ball. I don't think a player should be judged by 4 matches in a tournament. I pretty much doubt 90% of those who want him have seen him more than once for Fio...Did you see him against anyone other than Brazil? Buy both and you've got left back, left wing back, left sided centre back in a back three, defensive midfielder, right back, right wing back, right winger, wide forward and even striker covered. No brainer. Go with Blind over Cuadrado.
Have to say I don't get the hype either he's almost like for like with Nans, a very frustrating player to watch.

Zaha and Konoplyanaka won't do for me, not good enough at all !
Di Maria is ofcourse the bomb but he'd cost in excess of €60m if reports are to be believed. Cuadrado would cost around €37m which is alot cheaper, on top of that Di Maria doesn't seem to want to come to us and is waiting on PSG to sell someone (most likely Cavani or something) so they can bring him in whilst staying under their FFP restrictions. He doesn't want us because we aren't in the CL and he his moving this season, not next season, short minded or not but it seems that is the reality, so best forget about Di Maria.
Depay is a nice young player but I don't know if he is ready yet and with Januzaj and Lingard we already have future prospects to nurse in the team, don't need to add another one, what we need is an immediate quality injection. Cuadrado would provide that on the right wing, I don't think the asking price is daft if you compare that to what we paid for Herrera and Shaw (Cuadrado is a better player than any of those two and would cost about the same).
I really hope we get him, atm looks like the best realistic player we can get for our wings.
It really wouldn't.Would be like getting another Valencia.... what would be the point?

And is he that? What United need is a winger with potentially/world class skill with the consistency of performance.
He's a lot more skillful and less dull than Valencia for sure. Doesn't mean he's that much better though, at least it'd be exciting to watch him.
