That's an interesting one - he'd likely be on holiday by now, so that would put that inevitable date around mid-July maybe? Though they could announce agreement whilst he is still on a beach somewhere, but I think they'd wait for him to return for maximum publicity. But then since these stories are coming out today about not renewing, that could be Mendes pushing things along with Real trying to play hard-ball - so maybe they'd look to announce the agreement as soon as they have it. Has Perez been confirmed as re-elected yet?
I think I'll guess he signs his new Real contract... June 25th.
