I don't really care about him, I love him as a player, never as a united legend or anything of that sorts. It was heartbreaking to see him leave a decade a go, it was exciting to have him back last year. Hope he goes to Bayern and tears that league apart, I still think he'll score 25-30 goals a season in a functional team, at the moment Ronaldo and ManUtd are a misfit, not Ronaldo's fault, not our fault. I still believe he'd have scored 20 goals this season, but that's okay. I don't really mind either way.

No, footballers who want to leave are not bad, likewise the club that wants to sell underperforming players is not bad either.
Problem is when they do silly stuff, like not turning up for training, leaving the team to go to Portugal just because he wasn't in the starting 11, that's bad and unprofessional.
Same for clubs too, if they ask players not to use training facilities just because they want to sell the player, that's just wrong.
