Cricket

3 wickets in quick time has turned this game around. Younis with another excellent catch.

Windies were in control but how Test cricket can turn so quickly! Pakistan with a great opportunity to get them all out for under 200 now.

New England kits for Tests, ODIs and T20s. I like the black and reddish kit on the left which is the ODI kit. The red and blue striped kit is the T20 kit. For tests, the cable knit sweater is back! It's such an iconic thing about test cricket.

The logo in the middle of the jumper looks daft, the ODI kit looks alright (but I'm not sure what the colours have to do with anything) and the T20 kit is appalling.

Incredible that we've managed to bring this back to a position where we can actually win. Gabriel tearing into Pakistan today. I feel like we might just run out of time to get a win, but this is a brilliant position to be in in a game where I was expecting a loss once again.

"We"? Aren't you from England? You should be supporting England, even if you're of Pakistani ethnicity. :)
I fail the tebbit test. The whole idea is racist. Why would I abandon the land of my ethnicity, my culture, my history simply because I was born in England? On the other hand I have my own culture and history in England and therefore that is also part of my identity. I feel more at home here than anywhere else in the world.

To further complicate matters I'm an internationalist, I don't really respect borders in the traditional sense. Nations are just a categorisation, it shouldn't define us, we are all humans first. As a Muslim I can travel anywhere in the world and when you sit inside a mosque you belong. You are not a tourist or a foreigner, you just belong.

Ffs come home & see that scorecard

Classic Pakistan. Well done Windies. Apart from that collapse yesterday evening, they've fought back very well in this match.

Btw Ian Bishop is brilliant to listen to. Genuine cricket fan & love his analysis.

I'm not the biggest fan of nationality either. And I absolutely abhor nationalism. But I believe being proud of one's country and its culture and history helps to bind people together for the good of society.

I'm an Anglophile even though I've never lived in the UK. I've visited twice and absolutely loved it. Love India and Britain the most of all the countries. I'd love to live in the U.K. in the future and do some good for the community in the field of sports at least.

The ODI kit is nice, the test kit is good but should have the logo back on the upper left as is normally the case, the T20 kit should be burned and whoever designed it should be executed.

Well done Windies. I enjoy T20, but nothing matches the excitement and unpredictability of test match cricket

Literally every British Pakistani/Indian I grew up with supported their team back home in cricket.

It was always a source of banter at school, especially as our entire school cricket team was made up of us Asians.

Always liked England as well though, fond memories of being glued to Channel 4 in the summer of 2005, watching the Ashes.

The logo in the Test kit is on the upper left. What Joe Root has on in the picture is the sweater that he's worn on top of the kit. The logo is at the centre on the sweater. It's the return of the cable knit jumper that is such a traditional part of test cricket.

Definitely agree mate, also no better feeling than seeing your team win a test match. It's been a good series so far, can't wait for the 3rd test.

Not sure if this will help Ireland's bid to be a Test Nation, just got absolutely annihilated in the ODI.

Actually looking forward to seeing England in the Champions Trophy next month. The development they've shown in ODIs the past couple of years has been tremendous.

Boxing day test tickets were released today and bay 13 is apart of the english fan zone

That is not right at all.

Misbah and Younis Khan about to start their last Test matches. Absolute legends of the game and criminally underrated players.... and rain is scheduled for four out of the five days.

While i agree they are great players, i wouldn't consider them criminally under rated, they are respected and rated all over the world.

Younis in particular will be regarded as one of the best batsmen Pakistan has produced. Misbah's had his critics, but the way he stabilised the side after the spot-fixing scandal & the way he has behaved as captain has been exactly what Pakistan needed. Fantastic servants for Pakistan cricket & will be hugely missed.

Hope we get a result (Pak win :D), been a very good & competitive series.

Another century for Azhar. Has been playing well at the top of the order.

Need to score 350+ from this position, also at some point the RR will need to increase.

Misbah off to a flying start in his final match - a sensational 1 run off 50 balls.... not sure what the strategy is here :wenger:

Misbah & Younis together for the last time in their careers. We need them to bat out the majority of the day to get us a safe enough lead where we can't lose this.

If Windies can get a couple more quick wickets then it could get interesting.

oh Misbah :annoyed:

Lower order doing the job & getting us to a lead of 300. Shambolic from the top order again in the second innings.

Unless something special happens, windies will be playing for the draw. Tricky little session now before the close for them to hold out.

Pakistan need 4 wickets in the final session to win the series. Chase once again standing firm, been impressive with the bat.

No ball

Both sides can make a highlights video of the number of wickets taken off a no ball this series

Chase still lives!!

Shot!! Great way to bring up the 100. Chase has been superb.

Windies need to hold out for another 10 overs...

Windies get another life!!

Thought that got the slightest of edges. No hotspot or snicko so can't be overturned as it wasn't a conclusive edge.

1 wicket left. 8 overs left...

4 overs to go...

Shades of Cardiff this.

No edge!! Incredible!!

Windies are going to do this....
