British press are hilarious. What kind of headline is that? How coming in person will help making the bid which is worse financially, better?
let’s see how that works out…

How Wum hasn't been banned from this thread I don't know. And you’re the one that gets the warning. Amazing. I’ll probably get one for agreeing with you.

I am superior and more important fan than someone from abroad yes.
He’ll be trying to convince them that they can still leave as good guys in the eyes of United as long as then ensure they sell to someone who wants what’s best for United long term. They won’t give a feck though, they’d sell us to Kim Jong for an extra billion.I don’t know what Ratcliffe hopes to achieve, as the charm offensive is unlikely to win the Glazers over, they don’t give a toss about the future of United.
There was some mental shit in here this morning.

Sir Jim arriving after the Quatar group does feel a bit 'thanks for coming, heres a lollipop'
I can just imagine the Glazers going "well Qatar offered a billion more, but Jim showed up in person so let's give it to him"![]()

Dont you talk to him like that, if it wasnt for superior fans like him the Glazers might've given up years ago and we would've ended up with someone like Mike Ashley!

Even then they'll sign the highest offer through tearsI mean, Ratcliffe would have to pull some next level Martin Sheen THE WEST WING speech to win the Glazers over. There’d have to be tears and fecking everything. Not a dry seat in the house…

Who said he wouldn't match the second bid?I can just imagine the Glazers going "well Qatar offered a billion more, but Jim showed up in person so let's give it to him"![]()
Perhaps. Corkscrewing to the centre of the earth might be more appropriate for this case then.As for another comment "I can imagine Matt Busby for example turning in his grave at the thought of a state (let alone Qatar) owning Manchester United." well im surely Dear Matt has had a few turns before now at the "state" of the club finances ,the stadium and all round mismanagement for profit of our current group.
Talking about foreign fans, I know a Canadian lad who loves United and is spending more than one and a half grand to watch the Fulham game. I'm meeting up with him for the game. I'm not going to tell him he's not a proper fan before his flight back home.
I think that needs to be his tagline: “superior fan”. Wouldn’t want those foreigners thinking they’re bigger fans than him.Great points according to who? You? The superior fan![]()
Couldn't think of what to say? I made my point in my other posts before that, what the feck are you on about?
And loads of posters made exactly the same point after me, including a mod, so your talking out of your arse as usual. To be honest if your the kind of fan that's at games regularly then I'm glad I don't go anymore.

The reason why Sheikh Jassim wasn’t there for those wondering.
United players clapping the away fans who supported them there - but IMO those claps are for me as well.
Again, it's neither oil, nor air, it's gas.Load of hot air!

Welcome to the forum Sheikh. There’s a few guys that don’t like you here.
I wasn't warned for making my point actually, I was warned for the insult, which you deserved for the way you behave towards other fans that are simply from another country supporting the team. You made your point and were warned for it. I don’t understand why you can’t debate without resorting to insults.

I've stated in the past that I'm completely neutral about who takes over, so I don't know why your bringing that up with me, I was only commenting on the fan thing.Right, I genuinely don’t want to get anyone banned here - not my style at all - but I can see you can’t really post without insults or saying I deserve to be insulted so I’ll back out of this thread again.
Qatar still murdered hundreds of migrants, they still have horrendous laws for women and minorities and nothing will change. Some are okay with that, some think this is not acceptable for their club. I will leave you all in peace because after two people being warned after I questioned them I think it’s unfair to continue to post and risk them getting banned.
PS - I didn’t report you for this post so if someone else gets you warned it genuinely wasn’t me.
