Absolutely terrifying

I genuinely fear for the club. Crippled in debt owned by leaches.

Imagine this lot in charge with the debt when we could have been one of the richest clubs in the world.

Incredible choice of picture

Before everyone panics or worse, start declaring the end of days, these clowns know absolutely nothing.

I mean, panic a little bit, it's quite entertaining but we still know nothing of any real value.

Well, that's us done if it's true. Depressing but all the local lads fans will be sure to celebrate Brexit style.

Ineos have this, wonder how much debt they will laden on us.

They answered this already, none.

And the current debt will become INEOS debt too.

Fact is the debt doesn't matter if managed and paid correctly. I 100% expect INEOS, if they get us, to operate the debt and financial side a million times better than the Glazers.

It'd only be positive if it's a full sale. Any outcome that keeps the Glazers means would be terrible. But who'd have thought.

None I'd imagine.

INEOs just cleared a load of debt a year or so ago, ready for a big acquisition.
So the debt will be on INEOs and/or any other investors rather than the club.

If the club emerges from this with no debt, then we'll be set up for the success in the future under the right structure. We don't need a sugar daddy.

Based on the same sources as Ben Jacobs I reckon it'll be SJR with full control and Glazers taking a back seat.

Ratcliffe outbidding Qatar. Who saw that coming. :wenger:

The only thing he’s out bid is the money going directly to the glazers sadly. There’s no clearing of debt or money set for the stadium etc which Qatar have already committed to so that’s probably touching 1.5-2B

In other words the club is fecked

Think everyone got wind of this in Manchester already. Seen them sticking the Union Jack bunting out in preparation :wenger:

Spot on.

My dad maintains that aside from 99 and 93, watching United in the second division in 74/75 was his best time watching United. Relegation reinvigorated the club after it stagnated after the European Cup win in 68.
They played fantastic football in that one season in the 2nd Division. Free flowing free scoring team. Attack! Attack! Attack!

Tommy Doc’s devils were far and away my favourite United team to watch.

I hope all of you are happy that the glazers will get more money, but at a cost to increased debt (direct or indirect), glazers staying put, less investment in ALL areas of the club etc.

So if he has passed the current debt onto his company, where is any money for stadium etc coming from?
