You'd still need a top class striker to really challenge for the league even if you did sign Fabregas, plus a couple more players for the squad as Arsenal seem to pick up a lot of injuries and some positions in the side don't have great cover when the starters are out.
I don't think you really need Fabregas anyway as you have plenty of creative players in Ozil, Cazorla etc. He'd still be a great signing though as he's a class player.
