Yeah I get you, doing a back-to-back has been a struggle for even the best of teams, and for one team to win it for the first time in ten years to suddenly do it again seems unlikely. Unfortunately, they have one of the best cup managers in the world in Ancelotti who has an arsenal of Ronaldo, Bale and Di Maria and could possibly be adding a world class striker to that team. Madrid are arguably the most complete team alongisde Bayern, but now Chelsea have a strong case now they have Fabregas and soon-to-be Costa. Bring in Luis and their team will be stronger than City's, who are strongest in England at the moment.
Just gutted we aren't doing our transfer business early and waiting until after the World Cup, where the inevitable premium will be added to players we want if they do well.
