Bundesliga Confirmed Transfers

Calhanoglu will keep moaning as will his agent, Leverkusen will probably need to give Hamburg a nice amount of cash to make it happen. But i'm right in saying that Hamburg are a club that tend to be pretty tricky to negotiate with right?
Haven't followed their negotiations for leaving players closely enough to have an evidence-based opinion. Recall that they've almost messed up some extension deals.

Calhanoglu's agent wasn't moaning today, in fact it was quite the opposite; he did suggest an increased salary though. Lewandowski, anyone? I wouldn't put any money on a Calhanoglu deal. 105 days ago when HSV have already been in deep shit he signed a contract extension without any buy out clause and publicly raved about wanting to contribute to HSV's re-buildign even in 2nd league - the guy must have been nuts to sign such a contract and even more so to not have put a sock in his mouth.

BILD seem to think that Immobile to Dortmund is done. Apparently Juventus and Torino have agreed on the transfer and are negotiation on how to solve the co-ownership issue. He will sign for 5 years and earn €3.5m and the deal is believed to be worth €20m. Hopefully it is true and they manage to sign him before the WC.
Sounds reasonable but I don't believe it until officially announced. According to diMarzio, our execs met with both clubs' officials yesterday, they asked for €25m, we offered €16m. BILD may be just speculating as the contract "details" have been spread by diMarzio during the last weeks, too.

I'd wait for an official announcement as well, was just posting what I've read! Or until I see Di Marzio reporting it as done.

It does look likely to happen though and I doubt Dortmund would try and sign him without being certain they can negotiate with both Italian clubs.

Agree. Immobile is #1 on Klopp's wish list, and the transfer rights for Mkhitaryan were much more complex so we should be able to deal with two Italian clubs. Therefore, it may be "just" a matter of money. Just don't think that we're willing to splash €20m at once; we often had deals with bonus payments based on individual and club performance.

No transfers but for the records: Rudnevs and Skjelbred return to HSV from their loan deals at Hanover and Hertha, respectively.

Update:

Just adding the below to the very top of the OP.

good point. I still dont understand why he signed a new contract if he wants to leave 100days later. I would understand his change of mind, if they would have been relegated, but now it sounds really immature. If i´d be Hamburg I´d play hardball with Leverkusen, squeezing every penny out of them. Calhanoglu cant hold them to ransom. If he refuses to performing next year, his young career takes a big hit.

What I don't get over: Why on earth has Calhanoglu agreed to a deal with no release clause whatsoever? Imagine HSV had been relegated: Even then he wouldn't get out of the contract if HSVplus had the funds to pay him! For me it's obvious that his agent does not work in his interest at all. Leverkusen bid €12m which I don't think HSV will be tempted by at all.

Update:

- Kevin Friesenbichler leaves Bayern Munich and joins Benfica, fee unknown
- Gladbach added to OP
- Eintracht Frankfurt added to OP
- Net Value table updated

Dortmund have announced the signing of two young lads.

Maximilian Güll (19) of Duisburg and Jon Stankovic (18) of NK Domzale

Hertha have signed Genki Haraguchi (23) from Red Star Diamonds for 500,000 euros (ish).

The BVB lads are for the second (= amateur) team.

Freiburg officially signed Baumann's sucessor Roman Bürki from Grasshopper Zurich.

I don't think so: SC Freiburg signed Mehmedi or to be more precise used the option to buy him. Or did Augsburg interfere?

Oh shit, i'm an idiot. Had them both down as Freiburg! This is why you should never update in the morning!

Markus Feulner has joined Ausburg
Admir Mehmedi has joined Freiburg

Never mind, the clubs' names are easy to mix up. :) I expect some further transfers to be announced this week, including Hunt moving as a free agent to Wolfsburg, but better wait for final confirmation.

He's going to warm the bench in Wolfsburg, stupid move if he wants to play regularly in the next years, but well, at least he'll make a lot of money.

Done with updating!

Markus Feulner from Nurnberg has joined Ausburg - Free Transfer
Admir Mehmedi from Dynamo Kiev has joined Freiburg - Free Transfer
Kevin Vogt from Ausburg has joined Cologne - 2million
Johan Audel from Stuttgart has joined Nantes - Unknown Fee

Also updated a few fees which I've found via googles/BILD.

@RedSky thanks a bunch for updating, it's really nice to have such tidy lists!

@Balu I find it even more stupid from Allofs' side to buy Hunt. Looks more of an old buddies' deal to me but not a move that would help Wolfsburg but that's very fine with me. :D

Signing Hunt on a free is decent business from Wolfsburg as they would need a bigger squad to cope with European football next season. Hunt may not be the first name on their starting eleven but, as Balu pointed out, he'd make a lot of money and would still play in enough matches to be content with his role.

Allofs confirmed the deal with Hunt tonight. Official announcement tomorrow. Hunt gets a 3 or 4 years contract.

Happy for Hunt. He deserves the international spotlight. Very fine player who keeps getting better with age.

Pizarro extends his contract at Bayern.

So happy. He is such a nice person and player. Since 2001 he has won 4! international trophies with us, became the best international goal scorer in Bundesliga history and won the treble.
Had 10! BL goals this season. GET IN!

So yesterday...

Hunt joins Wolfsburg from Werder Bremen on a Free.
Jan Polak joins Nürnberg from Wolfsburg on a Free.
Sebastian Mielitz joins Freiburg from Werder Bremen on a Free.
Daniel van Buyten will leave Bayern this Summer on a Free. Retirng?

I have all of the above listed as Free Transfers anyway. I won't bother putting contract extensions on the lists.

FC Köln was named as an option from a local paper.
