Haven't followed their negotiations for leaving players closely enough to have an evidence-based opinion. Recall that they've almost messed up some extension deals.Calhanoglu will keep moaning as will his agent, Leverkusen will probably need to give Hamburg a nice amount of cash to make it happen. But i'm right in saying that Hamburg are a club that tend to be pretty tricky to negotiate with right?
Calhanoglu's agent wasn't moaning today, in fact it was quite the opposite; he did suggest an increased salary though. Lewandowski, anyone? I wouldn't put any money on a Calhanoglu deal. 105 days ago when HSV have already been in deep shit he signed a contract extension without any buy out clause and publicly raved about wanting to contribute to HSV's re-buildign even in 2nd league - the guy must have been nuts to sign such a contract and even more so to not have put a sock in his mouth.
